Ceramic Printing Process

The printing process of ceramic objects dialkukan after the mold is completely dry plaster mold so that the ability to absorb water from the clay slips quickly. After the mold body objects, cap, and knob completely dry, the mold is ready for use, join the parts using a rubber mold and bind strongly to the clay slip mangalir not present on the prints.

The printing process of ceramic objects is performed as follows:
1 Prepare the clay slip as needed for the printing process of ceramic objects.

2 Pour the clay slip into the mold until it is full, do it over and over again until it reaches the desired thickness of the object. Pour forth from the clay slip into the mold, then place the mold upside down so that the remains of clay slip can flow.

3 Remove the rubber binder, open the plaster mold when objects printouts can already be released.

4 Cut the remains of ground objects printouts using a knife.

5. Connect the parts of objects (knob and lid) in a way that will scratch the spliced and spread with clay slip.

6 Simplify the connection to use a knife and then puree the surface of the object using a wet sponge.

7 Wind-wind to dry and ready to be burned biscuits.
