1 Bring a model with tapered top and bottom, mark a line on the model to determine the parts of the plaster mold made using a pencil vertically.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

2 Make the mold base models as the backing of a cast slab limited to the line of the model then puree.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

3 Enter the model of the mold backing pad right on the dividing line of the model, give a buffer using clay. Set the mold base surface flatness using water pass.<\/span><\/span>

4 Place the mold with a strong board to make a plaster mold wall and then rubbing the base model and the model with the separation solution.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

5 Create the cast batter according to the procedures of the appropriate size with the thickness of the mold to be made.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

6 Pour batter into mold plaster models carefully and evenly on the entire surface of the model and wait until the plaster hardens.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

7 Open the mold board and grab the base of the model clay and then wash. Create some hemispherical hole as the key to both the plaster mold was made.<\/span><\/span>

8 Place the mold with a strong board to create wall plaster mold and then rubbing the base model and the model with the separation solution, make the batter and pour plaster into the mold to make a plaster mold a second, wait until the plaster hardens. Do the same to make the mold bottom and top. Remember for casting hole to the top.<\/p>\n

9 Open the mold board carefully, then clean the plaster mold with water and dry.<\/p><\/div>\n
