\n\u2022 Conduct an analysis of competitors
\n\u2022 Develop a budget FB Production kitchen, F & B service and Stewarding
\n\u2022 Formulate operational cost control policy
\n\u2022 Dealing with problems that require direct handling
\n\u2022 Creating a harmonious relationship with colleagues and customers
\n\u2022 Conducting briefing at the department
\n\u2022 Propose to your boss about the adjustment of procedures and policies in the food & beverage department if necessary<\/p>\n

2. Assistant Food & Beverage Manager<\/strong>
\nDescription of duties and responsibilities:
\n\u2022 To coordinate the activities between the kitchen, the F & B service and stewarding
\n\u2022 Develop a work plan and assess its implementation
\n\u2022 Overseeing the operational schedule of subordinates
\n\u2022 Monitor the results of the physical inventory in the kitchen, the F & B service and stewarding
\n\u2022 Monitor the implementation of the store room requisition
