Eating is a basic requirement for everyone. Demands in order to meet the demand for food is felt instinctively begin in infancy to seniors or the elderly. Without taught first, every man will strive to meet the need for food. Since baby food supplied by the mother.<\/p>\n

But after becoming increasing age children, they are able to choose their own food that will consume. Similarly, adults, food consumed, and even recycle themselves and planned how to get it and serving it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The food available to all people in different ways and at several places. Everyone can get food in their own farms, food can be obtained by purchase in the market or get them from giving to others.<\/p>\n

To fulfill the need for food for infants based on feeling hungry or not hungry, babies instinctively will cry if you feel hungry. In contrast to children to adults and seniors, the fulfillment of the need for food is not only on hunger alone. But already started to increase in the presence of a particular flavor desired, the economic capability of affordable, until further increased to the value or quality of the food itself.<\/p><\/div>\n

Getting food in stalls or from the garden, it must always be guided by the purpose of which is to achieve optimal health status. Do not just pick the food, but choose foods that have no nutritional value and in accordance with the needs of the body in order to maintain health. Food was selected to be in accordance with the body’s need for nutrients. Do not just choose food based on taste and low prices alone.<\/p><\/div>\n
