Hal ini harus dilakukan, karena timbulnya gangguan pada jaringan listrik tidak mungkin dicegah sama sekali. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<ol style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-top: 0cm;\" type=\"1\">\n<li style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Fungsi peralatan pengaman. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Sistem proteksi merupakan kesatuan (gabungan) dari alat-alat (sub sistem) proteksi, berfungsi untuk: <\/span><\/span>\n<ol style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-top: 0cm;\" type=\"a\">\n<li style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Mendeteksi adanya gangguan (kondisi abnormal) pada sistem tenaga listrik yang diamankannya, sehingga tidak menimbulkan kerusakan. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Melepaskan atau memisahkan (mengisolasi) bagian sistem yang terganggu sehingga, tidak meluas ke bagian sistem yang tidak terganggu dan bagian sistem lainnya dapat terus beroperasi. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><\/div>\n<ol style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-top: 0cm;\" start=\"3\" type=\"1\">\n<li style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Pertimbangan pemasangan sistem proteksi. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Dalam menentukan dan menetapkan pemasangan sistem proteksi pada jaringan listrik, ada beberapa hal yang dijadikan sebagai pertimbangan, yaitu: <\/span><\/span>\n<ol style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-top: 0cm;\" type=\"a\">\n<li style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Fungsi peralatan proteksi, yaitu: pemasangan peralatan proteksi pada masing-masing sub sistem jaringan listrik harus tepat, sesuai dengan fungsinya. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Area pengamanan, yaitu: pemasangan peralatan pengaman (relay pengaman) pada tiap-tiap sub area (section), dimaksudkan apabila terjadi gangguan pada section tertentu, maka relay dapat mendeteksi gangguan dengan bantuan PMT, melepaskan section yang terganggu dari bagian jaringan (sistem) yang lainnya. Antara section yang satu dengan section lainnya dalam satu sistem tenaga listik, bisa dihubungkan dan diputuskan oleh PMT. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Sistem pengaman ganda, yaitu: pemasangan peralatan pengaman ganda. (utama dan cadangan) dengan maksud apabila pengaman utama gagal bekerja, masih ada pengaman lain yang bisa mengamankan sistem dari gangguan. Pengaman cadangan akan bekerja setelah pengaman utama gagal bekerja, sehingga pengaman cadangan bekerja dengan waktu tunda (time delay) untuk memberi kesempatan pengaman utama terlebih dahulu. <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Kriteria peralatan pengaman yang mehputi: <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 117pt; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211;<\/span><span style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 7pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Peralatan pengaman harus mempunyai kepekaan (sensitivity) yang tinggi, sehingga cukup peka dalam mendeteksi gangguan di daerah pengamanannya, meskipun gangguan yang timbul hanya memberikan rangsangan yang minim. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 117pt; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211;<\/span><span style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 7pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Peralatan pengaman harus mempunyai keandalan (reliability yang tinggi, dengan tingkat kepastian bekerja (dependability) yang bisa diandalkan, dapat mendeteksi dan melepaskan sub sistem yang mengalami gangguan serta tidak boleh gagal bekerja (mempunyai dependality tinggi). Realibility peralatan pengaman juga harus mempunyai tingkat keamanan (security) yang tinggi atau tidak boleh salah keja. Contoh salah kerja ialah : peralatan pengaman mengalami trip, padahal tidak ada gangguan pada jaringan atau gangguan terjadi pada sub are (sub sistem) di luar pengamanan peralatan pengaman tersebut. Hal ini akan merugikan, karena menimbulkan pemadaman aliran listrik, yang sebenamya tidak boleh terjadi. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 117pt; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211;<\/span><span style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 7pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Peralatan pengaman harus mempunyai selektivitas (selectivity) yang tinggi, yaitu : harus bisa mengamankan pada sub area (sub sistem) yang di kawasan pengaman utamanya. Relay harus bisa bekerja sesuai kebutuhan, misalnya harus bekerja cepat atau bekerja dengan waktu tunda (tyme delay) atau bahkan tidak harus bekerja, sehingga relay harus bersifat selektif <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 117pt; text-indent: -18pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211;<\/span><span style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 7pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Peralatan pengaman harus mempunyai kecepatan (speed) yang tinggi, yaitu dapat memisahkan sub sistem yang terganggu secepat mungkin, sehingga kerusakan akibat gangguan dapat diperkecil. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pemasangan peralatan pengaman (sistem proteksi) pada jaringan listrik, bertujuan untuk mengurangi akibat terjadinya gangguan.
