The cooling system there are two kinds of water cooling systems and air conditioning systems. Generally, many automobile engine using a water cooling system. Water cooling system has the disadvantage that the construction would be complicated and costly.<\/p>\n<p>While the advantages of a water cooling system that is safer because the combustion chamber is surrounded by water and serves as a silencer and can be used as a heat source for the heater (heating). Water cooling system is equipped by water jacket, water pump (water pump), radiator, thermostat, fan (fan), rubber hose (hose), fan clutch and others.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Process cooling systems work<\/strong><br \/>\nBy the time the engine is cold:<br \/>\nPressure generated by the pump system and circulating water from the water pump to the water jacket to by pass hose back again to the water pump because at the moment the engine is still cold and the water was still cold so that the thermostat is closed as shown below 4:16.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/blogs\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2015\/04\/clip_image001_thumb-25255B2-25255D.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px; border-width: 0px;\" title=\"clip_image001\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/blogs\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/10\/2015\/04\/clip_image001_thumb-25255B2-25255D.jpg\" alt=\"clip_image001\" width=\"488\" height=\"321\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;\">Figure 4.18. When the cooling process of the Cold Machines<\/p>\n<p>At the time of the heat engine:<br \/>\nOnce the engine gets hot, approximately at a temperature of 85 \u00b0 C thermostat begins to open and closed bypass valve in the bypass circuit so that the flow of cooling water flowing from the radiator to the lower hose, to the water pump, to the water jacket, to the upper radiator hose and returned to for cooled by the fan and the air round with the forward movement of the vehicle itself.
