Positive Displacement Type: pump that works on certain pressure, flow generated constant bias, internal leakage of small, round up, then flownya also rose. Examples of this include a plunger pump pump, Gear Pump, Vane Pump, pump Trochoid.<br \/>\n2. Non-Positive Displacement Pump Type: pump that works in addition as the first type. For example: centrifugal pump, propeller pump.<\/p>\n<p>In this module only discussed about the displacement pump type, whereas for other types can be learned from other references. Positive Displacement type, characteristics:<br \/>\n&#8211; This pump works on pressure \/ specific pressure<br \/>\n&#8211; Flow generated constant bias<br \/>\n&#8211; Internal leakage (leakage) small<br \/>\n&#8211; If anaik round, flownya also rose<\/p>\n<p>There are two types of frequently encountered and broad application, namely: (1). Internal Gear Pump and (2) External Gear Pump.<br \/>\n<strong>Internal Gear Pump:<\/strong><br \/>\nThese pumps are often also called trocoid pump (Pump Trochoid). Fixed Side Plate Type Gear Pump<br \/>\nThis type of pump has a pressure of 30 Kg \/ cm2 to 125 kg \/ cm2. This pump type there is also the use of a side plate which serves to reduce the side clearance. Komatsu call this type of pump with type FAL \/ R and GAL \/ R. Having a volumetric efficiency:? v = 75-85%. See figure 33.<\/p>\n<p>2. Pressure Balancing Type Gear Pump (Side Plate Movable Type Pump)<br \/>\nThis type by Komatsu standardized for Discharge Pressure Serie 1402<br \/>\nkglcm, and called PAL \/ R Pump.
