\nSecara lebih rinci, komponen-komponen utama penyuplai energi hidrolik pada Alat Berat adalah : Reservoir\/tangki, filter, pompa hidrolik, katup-katup kontrol, aktuator, dan silinder\/motor hidrolik.<\/p>\n

Reservoir<\/strong>
\nReservoir : adalah suatu komponen sistem hidrolik yang berfungsi sebagai tempat penampung oli, baik yang akan menuju suatu sistem hidrolik maupun yang akan meninggalkan sistem. Disamping itu juga reservoir ini berfungsi sebagai suplai fluida untuk seluruh sistem. Ada sebuah Buffle dalam reservoir yang mengkonduksikan\/ menghantarkan panas dari pusat cairan dan juga berfungsi sebagai peralatan pengatur untuk cairan tersebut.<\/p>\n

Saluran balik berada pada salah satu sisi Buffle dan saluran penghisapan berada di sisi lainnya. Hydraulic tank atau tangki hidrolik berfungsi sebagai tempat penampungan (penyediaan) oli dan juga dapat berfungsi sebagai pendingin oli yang kembali dari sistem tangki hidrolik ini ada juga yang berfungsi sebagai tempat kedudukan Control Valve.<\/p>\n

Reservoir ini mempunyai sifat-sifat yang penting diantaranya adalah : Menyediakan suatu tempat dudukan untuk pompa, motor, dan peralatan yang lainnya. Memiliki kemampuan mencegah terjadinya busa yang terdapat didalam sistem serta memisahkan udara dari fluida. Bersifat menghimpun dimana dapat mengirim atau mensuplai pada fluida hidrolik untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sistem.<\/p>\n

Lokasi \/ Tempat Reservoir<\/strong>
\nTempat reservoir harus bebas berhubungan dengan udara sekitar, sehingga terjadi sirkulasi udara yang baik. Lokasi reservoir biasanya terdapat pada bagian paling bawah pada sistem hidrolik.
\nHal ini tergantung dari konstruksi tangki hidrolik dan kegunaan nya untuk alat berat apa. Konstruksi tangki hidrolik pada alat berat bulldozer dapat dilihat pada gambar 4.51 sd 4.53.<\/div>\n
