A. Pengukuran Sinyal tegangan DC
\n<\/strong>Tahanan R1 dan R2 berfungsi sebagai pembagi tegangan. Ground osiloskop dihubung kan ke negatip catu daya DC. Probe kanal-1 dihubungkan ujung sambungan R1 dengan R2. Tegangan searah diukur pada mode DC.
\nMisalnya:
\nVDC = 5V\/div. 3div = 15 V
\nBentuk tegangan DC merupakan garis tebal lurus pada layar CRT. Tegangan terukur diukur dari garis nol kegaris horizontal DC.

B. Mengukur Tegangan AC, periode T, dan frekuensi F.<\/strong>
\nTrafo digunakan untuk mengisolasi antara listrikyang diukur dengan listrik pada osiloskop. Jika menggunakan listrik PLN maka frekuensinya50 Hz.
\nMisalnya: Vp = 2V\/div \u00b7 3 div = 6 V
\nVrms = 6 \/ V2= 4,2 V
\nT = 2ms\/div \u00b7 10 div = 20 ms
\nf = 1\/T = 1\/20ms = 50 Hz
\nTegangan AC berbentuk sinusoida dengan tinggi U dan lebar periodenya T. Besarnya tegangan 6 V dan periodenya 20 milidetik dan frekuensinya 50 Hz.

C. Mengukur Sinyal Arus Listrik AC<\/strong>
\nPada dasarnya osiloskop hanya mengukur tegangan. Untuk mengukur arus dilakukan secara tidak langsung dengan R = 1W untuk mengukur drop tegangan.

\nVp = 50 mV\/div \u00b7 3div
\n= 150 mV = 0,15 V<\/p>\n

Vrms = 0,15 \/ V2 = 0,1 V
\nI\u00a0 = Vrms\/R = 0,1V \/ 1\u03a9
\n= 0,1 A
\nBentuk sinyal arus yang melaluiresistor R adalah sinusoida menyerupai tegangan. Pada beban resistor sinyal tegangan dan sinyal arus akan sephasa.
