knowledge, ie electric charge.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Electric charge is a term that is quite important in the world of electricity.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Electric charge is the physical properties of each object.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> According to Benjamin Franklin, the electrical charge can be divided into two, namely a positive charge and a negative charge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> All good things solid, gas and liquid, composed of tiny particles called molecules.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> The molecules themselves are formed by particles smaller again called atoms.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Object in which the molecules are composed of the same atoms, commonly referred to as an element.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> When the atoms that make up molecules together, called the mix.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> For example, the structure of the hydrogen atom consists of one proton and one electron, oxygen atom consists of eight protons, eight neutrons and eight electrons.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Figure 1.6 shows the structure of hydrogen and oxygen atoms.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/elektro\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2015\/08\/image.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/elektro\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2015\/08\/image_thumb.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"444\" height=\"360\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> One molecule of water (H2O) is composed of two elements, atoms, namely two hydrogen atoms (H) and one atom of oxygen (O).<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Arrangement of water molecules is shown in Figure 1.7.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/elektro\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2015\/08\/image3.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/elektro\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2015\/08\/image_thumb3.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"444\" height=\"187\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> Figure 1.7 Composition of water molecules (H20)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> Electric charge is the nature of which is owned by some subatomic particles, which will determine the electromagnetic interaction.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Electric charge of an object can be influenced and generate an electromagnetic field.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Interaction between the movement of electrical charges and electromagnetic fields are a source of electromagnetic force.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Atoms lose or gain additional electrons are considered unstable.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> An excess of electrons in an atom produces a negative charge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> Shortage of electrons in an atom would produce a positive charge.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> A different electrical charge will react in different ways.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Two negatively charged particles would repel each other, as well as two positive bemuatan particles.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> From the experiments it can be proved that an electric charge can be quantified, the value of the charge of the electron at 1,602 \u00d7 10-19.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Because it is commonly abbreviated negatively charged with -e, and for proton
