{"id":3548,"date":"2024-07-20T04:09:42","date_gmt":"2024-07-19T21:09:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/elektro\/?p=3548"},"modified":"2024-07-18T07:59:26","modified_gmt":"2024-07-18T00:59:26","slug":"directions-elektromotive-style","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/elektro\/directions-elektromotive-style\/","title":{"rendered":"Directions Elektromotive Style"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"notranslate\">The direction of the electromotive force (EMF \/ electromotive force) generated on a conductor in a magnetic field will vary according to the change in direction of the magnetic flux and the direction to which the conductor moves.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> If the conductor is moved (in the direction shown by the big arrow in Figure 4 between the north and south magnetic poles, the electromotive force will flow from right to left (the direction of the magnetic flux is from the north pole to the south pole.) The direction of the electromotive force can be understood by using Fleming&#8217;s Right Hand Rule.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> <b>A. Fleming Right Hand Rules<\/b><\/span><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.tneutron.net\/elektro\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/04\/clip_image006.gif?ssl=1\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"clip_image006\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.tneutron.net\/elektro\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/04\/clip_image006_thumb.gif?resize=300%2C176&amp;ssl=1\" alt=\"clip_image006\" width=\"300\" height=\"176\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> Figure 1.11<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> With the thumb, forefinger and middle finger of one&#8217;s right hand stretched by the angle of the elbow between one another (Fig. 1.11), then the index finger will indicate the direction of the magnetic flux (the magnetic force line), the thumb is the direction of the conductor movement, and the middle finger is the direction of the electromotive force.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> <b>B.
