{"id":446,"date":"2025-05-04T03:37:27","date_gmt":"2025-05-03T20:37:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/elektro\/?p=446"},"modified":"2025-04-30T07:42:45","modified_gmt":"2025-04-30T00:42:45","slug":"macam-macam-konstruksi-kapasitor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/elektro\/macam-macam-konstruksi-kapasitor\/","title":{"rendered":"Macam-Macam Konstruksi Kapasitor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Kapasitor Pita Polimer.<\/strong><br \/>\nPada dasarnya kapasitor ini dibangun dari pita polimer sebagai dielektrik yang diletakkan diantara dua pita aluminium (alluminium foil) sebagai elektroda dan digulung untuk memperoleh luas elektroda yang diinginkan. Gulungan ini kemudian dimasukkan ke dalam tabung aluminium atau dilindungi dengan epoxy resin. Konstruksi lain adalah menggunakan lapisan aluminium yang diendapkan (melalui proses penguapan) langsung di permukaan pita polimer sebagai elektroda.<\/p>\n<p>Tebal pita polimer hanya beberapa mikron sedangkan tebal lapisan elektroda yang diendapkan di permukaan polimer adalah sekitar 0.025 mm; dengan demikian efisiensi volume menjadi tinggi. Polimer yang biasa digunakan adalah polystyrene, polypropylene,polyester, polycarbonate. Kapasitor jenis ini banyak dipakai. Kapasitor dengan dielektrikum polystyrene mempunyai faktor kerugian (tand) yang sangat rendah ( &lt; 10<sup>-3<\/sup> ). Kapasitansi yang bisa dicapai pada konstruksi ini adalah antara 10<sup>-5<\/sup> &#8211; 10<sup>2<\/sup> mF.<\/p>\n<p>Kertas dengan impregnasi juga sering digunakan juga sebagai dielektrik.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/elektro\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2015\/09\/image7.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; margin: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; padding-top: 0px; border-width: 0px;\" title=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/elektro\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2015\/09\/image_thumb7.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"267\" height=\"186\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nGambar 3.13 Kapasitor Pita Polimer<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kapasitor Elektrolit Aluminium.<\/strong><br \/>\nKapasitor ini dibangun dari dua pita aluminium yang sangat murni dengan ketebalan sekitar 50 mm sebagai elektroda, dan diantara keduanya diletakkan kertas berpori,kemudian digulung membentuk silinder. Salah satu elektroda (yaitu anoda) mempunyai lapisan alumina dengan tebal sekitar 0.1 mm,yang dibentuk secara anodik. Gulungan ini dimasukkan ke dalamtabung silinder kemudian kertas berporinya diimpregnasi dengansuatu elektrolit (misalnya amonium pentaborat).<\/p>\n<p>Dengan demikian tersusunlah kapasitor yang terdiri dari anoda pita aluminium, lapisan alumina sebagai dielektrik, serta elektrolit dan pita aluminium yang lain sebagai katoda. Dalam penggunaan anoda harus tetap berpotensial positif. Susunan ini kemudian dibungkus dengan thermosetting resin untuk melindunginya dari kelembaban.
