Pada gerakan melingkar, meski berat elektron tidak seberapa, maka disini harus bertindak suatu gaya sentrifugal yang relatip besar, yang bekerja dan berusaha untuk melepaskan elektron keluar dari lintasannya. Sekarang tenaga apakah yang menahan elektron tetap pada lintasannya mengitari inti ? Tenaga yang menahan bumi tetap pada lintasannya adalah grafitasi.<\/p>\n<p>Grafitasi antara elektron-elektron dan inti atom belum mencukupi, sebagaimana terbukti secara perhitungan, dan tidak dapat menahan elektron-elektron yang terjauh untuk tetap pada lintasannya. Oleh karena itu disini harus bertindak suatu tenaga lain, yaitu tenaga listrik.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Diantara inti atom dan elektron terdapat tenaga listrik.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tenaga listrik semacam ini sederhana membuktikannya. Kita gosokkan penggaris mika (bahan sintetis\/plastik) dengan suatu kain wol, maka pada bahan ini bekerja suatu gaya tarik terhadap kertas, yang pada prinsipnya lebih besar daripada tenaga grafitasi.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Yang bertanggung jawab terhadap tenaga listrik kita sebut muatan listrik.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Terhadap inti atom, elektron bersifat menjalankan suatu tenaga listrik. Jadi elektron memiliki muatan listrik. Kita katakan elektron sebagai suatu pembawa muatan. Oleh karena inti atom juga mempunyai sifat menjalankan tenaga listrik, maka inti atom juga mempunyai muatan listrik. Hal ini terbukti bahwa elektron-elektron tidak saling tarik-menarik, melainkan tolak-menolak. Demikian pula tingkah laku inti atom (gambar 1.6).<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/elektro\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2015\/12\/image-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px; border-width: 0px;\" title=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/elektro\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2015\/12\/image_thumb-1.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"487\" height=\"64\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nGambar 1.6 Efek dinamis antara :<br \/>\na) inti atom dan elektron<br \/>\nb) elektron-elektron<br \/>\nc) inti-inti atom<\/p>\n<p>Oleh karena elektron-elektron saling tolak-menolak, inti atom dan elektron saling tarik-menarik, maka inti atom harus berbeda muatan dengan elektron, artinya membawa suatu jenis muatan yang berbeda dengan muatan elektron. Muatan inti atom dinamakan muatan positip dan muatan elektron dinamakan muatan negatip.
