Pump Engineering
The pump is one kind of machine used to move liquids from one place to the desired spot. The example is liquid water, oil or lubricating oil, and other fluids that could not clogged. Many industries using pumps as one of the auxiliary equipment essential for the production process. For example in a steam power plant, a pump is used to supply feedwater to the boiler or help circulate the water to be evaporated d iboiler.

In industry, the pump used to circulate water or oil lubrication or cooling industrial machines. The pump is also used in motor fuel that is as a lubricant pump, gas or water cooling. So the pump is very important for human life is directly used in the household or indirectly as in the use of pumps in the industry.

At the pump will be a change from the mechanical energy into fluid energy. In hydraulic machines including pumps, fluid energy is called the energy of unity severe head or liquid. There are three forms of head undergoing changes that head press, speed and potential.
