Automatic Sampling Component

Probe
 The location probe
– Of Regional sampling is recommended at 1/3 the pipe cross-section (figure 3)
– Probe open facing the direction of flow and placed in areas where sufficient stirring results

– When used vertical loop piping, the location of the probe after the third bend of the elbow 90 with a maximum distance of 3x diameter pipe bends over and no closer than ½ the diameter of the pipe from the final turn (Figure 4)
 Design Probe
Mechanical design for the probe must match the operating conditions of the pipe and fluid to be sampled.

Automatic Sampling

– Extractor
An automatic sample extractor is a tool that extract sample (grab) from the flow medium. Extractor can be or not be an integral part of the probe.
– Controller
A sample controller is a device that regulates the operation of the sample extractor.

Primary Sample Receiver

Sample Receiver / Container is required to keep and maintain the composition of the sample in liquid form. Known two types of receivers are stationary receivers and portable receivers, both of which can be designed in a fixed volume and varying volume. If the loss of vapor will significantly affect the analysis of example, the use of receiver type variable volume should be considered. Construction materials must comply with the oils sampled.
– Stationary Receiver (figure 6)
– Portable Receiver (Figure 7), the generally mild, with an easy connection system and easily transportable. The size of the receiver as shown in table 1
