Bearings"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"notranslate\">In the rolling bearing rolling friction occurs between the rotating parts with the rest through the rolling elements such as balls (bullets), roller or needle roller bearings or spherical roller.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Rolling bearings are more suitable for small loads.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Round the rolling bearings is limited by the centrifugal force arising on the rolling elements.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> When viewed in terms of cost, rolling bearings are more expensive than plain bearings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> Anti-Friction Bearing used on rotating objects, to reduce friction and minimize friction bearing surface early on the price \/ flat.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Anti Friction bearing consists of:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"notranslate\"> Ball bearing<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"notranslate\"> Roller bearings,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"notranslate\"> needle bearing<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2016\/01\/image-14.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"image\" race or Cone: a hardened steel ring with a given groove to move the roller or ball on the outside, often mounted on a rotating shaft as a support bearing.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"notranslate\"> Outer race: Outer race is almost the same as the Inner race, outer race is a hardened steel ring with grooves for the movement of the ball or the rollers inside.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"notranslate\"> Balls or Rollers:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2016\/01\/image-17.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"image\" balls, rollers or tapered rollers.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Balls and Rollers are made of hardened steel.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Balls or rollers move freely between the inner and outer race.<\/span><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2016\/01\/image-18.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"image\" class=\"notranslate\"> Figure 3.15 Inner races and outer race<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> <strong>Cage:<\/strong> Location of the cage between the inner race and outer race are used to keep the ball or roller distance with each other.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Anti-Friction Bearing reduce the heat by reducing the contact area rubbing together.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Balls have a contact point between the inner and outer race to hold the load so as to allow rotating at high speed.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Lubrication oil film serves to separate components that are interconnected.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Which includes Anti-Friction Bearings: \uf0b7<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> <strong>Straight Roller,<\/strong> has a line of contact, which enable to withstand the load Radial Load larger.<\/span><br \/>\n<a class=\"notranslate\"> Figure 3.16 Straight Roller \uf0b7<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"notranslate\"> <strong>Tapered Roller,<\/strong> works the same way with the straight roller.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Tapered bearing is often used at the end of a rotating shaft joint to withstand radial load and resist movement toward the left, the right shaft (Thrust Load).<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> \uf0b7<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"notranslate\"> <strong>Needle Bearing<\/strong> works the same way with a straight bearing and tapered bearings with line contact.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Because with a smaller diameter, needle bearings can be used in the application in narrow places.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> <strong>Caged Needle Bearing<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> Caged Needle Bearing lehih have the ability to load high compared to Needle bearing and its application is limited
