Pelat Kopling<\/strong><br \/>\nKopling berbentuk bulat dan tipis terbuat dari plat baja berkualitaas tinggi. Kedua sisi plat kopling dilapisi dengan bahan yang memiliki koefesien gesek tinggi. Pelat Tekan<\/strong><br \/>\nPelat tekan kopling terbuat dari besi tuang.pelat tekan berbentuk bulat dan diameternya hampir sama dengan diameter plat kopling. salah satu sisinya (sisi yang berhubungan dengan plat kopling) dibuat halus, sisi ini akan menekan plat kopling dan roda penerus, sisi lainnya mempunyai bentuk yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan penempatan komponen kopling lainnya.<\/p>\n<p><strong>d. Unit Plat Penekan<\/strong><br \/>\nSebagai satu kesatuan dengan plat penekan, pelat penekan dilengkapi dengan sejumlah pegas spiral atau pegas diaphragma. tutup dan tuas penekan. Mekanisme Penggerak<\/strong><br \/>\nKomponen penting lainnya pada kopling ialah mekanisme pemutusan hubungan (tuas tekan). mekanisme ini di lengkapi dengan bantalan bola, bantalan bola diikat pada bantalan luncur yang akan bergerak maju\/mundur pada sambungan.
