{"id":1163,"date":"2023-11-09T01:30:50","date_gmt":"2023-11-08T18:30:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/?p=1163"},"modified":"2023-11-07T13:13:36","modified_gmt":"2023-11-07T06:13:36","slug":"elements-machine-coupling-fixed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/elements-machine-coupling-fixed\/","title":{"rendered":"Elements of Machine Coupling Fixed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"notranslate\">Clutch is a machine element that serves to transmit power from the drive shaft (driving shaft) to a driven shaft (driven shaft), wherein the input rotation will be the same as the output rotation.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Without the clutch, it is difficult to move the machine elements as well as possible.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> With the transfer of power coupling can be done in an orderly and efficient as possible.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Some of the requirements to be met by a clutch is:<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> 1. Able to withstand the overload.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> 2. Reduce the vibration of the drive shaft caused by the movement of other elements.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> 3. Being able to guarantee connection of two shafts or more.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> 4. Being able to prevent shock loads.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> For planning a clutch we must pay attention to the following conditions:<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> 1. Clutch should be easily installed and removed<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> 2. The coupling must be able to transmit power completely from the shaft<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> 3. The clutch should be simple and lightweight<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> 4. The coupling must be able to reduce the error relation to the shaft<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> Fixed coupling element is a machine that serves as the successor rounds and power from the drive shaft to the driven shaft exactly (without slippage), where the axis of the shaft is located in a straight line or may be slightly different axis.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Clutch remain always in the installed state, to separate it must be unloaded.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Clutch remains divided into 4 types:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"notranslate\"> <strong>rigid coupling<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> Rigid couplings are used when the second shaft axis line must be connected and used on a common shaft in the engine and transmission factories, this coupling consists of:<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> 1. Clutch bus<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> 2. rigid flange coupling<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> 3. The coupling flange forgings<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> 4. Clutch fluid<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"notranslate\"> <strong>Clutch supple (flexible)<\/strong> allows for little ketidaklurusan pivot axis comprising:<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> 1. Clutch universal hook<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> 2.
