Convection, the convection through the liquid medium by direct contact<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> 3. Radiation, the heat flow through the medium of air \/ gas in indirect contact<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> On the application of specific detection or measurement, can have one type sensor with the following considerations:<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> 1. Appearance (Performance)<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> 2. Reliability (Reliable) and<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> 3. economic factors (Economic)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> <strong>1) Selection of Temperature Sensor Type<\/strong><\/span> <strong><br \/>\n<\/strong> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Things that need to be considered in connection with the selection of temperature sensors are: (Yayan IB, 1998)<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> 1. Level the maximum and minimum temperature of a substrate is measured.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> 2. Coverage (range) Maximum measurement<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> 3. The heat conductivity of the substrate<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> 4. Response time to changes in temperature of the substrate<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> 5. The linearity of the sensor<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> 6. The working temperature range<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> Apart from the above provisions, it should also be noted the physical and chemical aspects of sensors such as resistance to corrosion (rust), resistance to shocks, wiring (installation), security and others.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> <strong>2) Work Tempertur Sensor<\/strong><\/span> <strong><br \/>\n<\/strong> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Each temperature sensor has a different operating temperatures, for measuring the temperature around the room which is between -35 <sup>\u00b0<\/sup> C to 150 <sup>\u00b0<\/sup> C, selectable sensor NTC, PTC, transistors, diodes and hybrid ICs.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> For medium temperatures of between 150 <sup>\u00b0<\/sup> C to 700 <sup>\u00b0<\/sup> C, selectable thermocouple and RTD.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> For higher temperatures up to 1500 <sup>\u00b0<\/sup> C, it is not possible anymore sensors used in direct contact, the technical measurement performed using radiation method.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> For the measurement of very cold temperatures in the region below 65 <sup>\u00b0<\/sup> K = -208 <sup>\u00b0<\/sup> C (0 <sup>\u00b0<\/sup> C = 273.16 <sup>\u00b0<\/sup> K) may be used ordinary carbon resistors because at this temperature the carbon acts like a semiconductor.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> For temperatures between 65 <sup>\u00b0<\/sup> C to -35 <sup>\u00b0<\/sup> C can be used with high-purity silicon crystal as a sensor.<\/span><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2017\/03\/image.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2017\/03\/image_thumb.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"399\" height=\"121\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2017\/03\/image-3.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2017\/03\/image_thumb-3.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"403\" height=\"489\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AIR CONDITIONING.
