{"id":2358,"date":"2023-10-21T05:28:44","date_gmt":"2023-10-20T22:28:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/?p=2358"},"modified":"2023-10-18T09:19:49","modified_gmt":"2023-10-18T02:19:49","slug":"tacho-generator-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/tacho-generator-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Tacho Generator"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"notranslate\">Speed \u200b\u200bmeasurement can be done by analog and digital way.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> In general, the measurement of speed is divided into two ways, namely: angular way and way of translation.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> To measure the translational velocity can be derived from the angular measurement method.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> What is meant by angular measurement is the measurement of rotational speed (rotation), while the measurement of translational velocity is irregular straight-line velocity and irregular straight-line speed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> The most commonly used sensor for angular velocity sensors is the tacho generator.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Tacho generator is a small generator that generates DC voltage or AC voltage.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> In terms of excitation tacho generator can be generated with excitation from the outside or electromagnetic impact of permanent magnet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> Tacho DC generator can generate DC voltage which can directly generate speed information, tacho sensitivity of DC generator is good enough especially at high speed area.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Tacho high-quality DC generators have many magnetic poles that can generate DC voltages with high frequency wavelengths that are easy to trim.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> The main advantage of this tacho generator is the information obtained from the direction of rotation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> While the weaknesses are:<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> 1. Brush the commutator easily run out<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> 2. If used at high temperatures, the permanent magnet will experience fatigue, for this case, tacho generator is often calibrated.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> 3.
