(Gunakan cylinder yang mempunyai fasilitas evakuasi dan teruji dalam keadaan vakum). Sebelum digunakan, kevakuman dapat di tes dengan suatu vacuum gage.<br \/>\nCatatan : Sebagai alternatif untuk cylinder evakuasi, cylinder dapat diisi sampai tekanan positif dengan gas iner dalam teknik analisis yang digunakan. Gas yang dapat digunakan adalah gas hidrogen atau helium. Kandungan udara dalam wadah sampel dapat dikurangi sampai harga terendah dengan purging dengan menekan gas atau dengan evakuasi dan diisi dengan gas penekan. Kandungan gas penekan dapat digunakan untuk modifikasi pada metode analisis.<\/p>\n<p>Susunan peralatan ditunjukkan pada gambar 10.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2015\/08\/image8.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; margin: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; padding-top: 0px; border-width: 0px;\" title=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2015\/08\/image_thumb7.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"444\" height=\"352\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nGambar 10. sampling gas &#8211; Evacuated Container Method<\/p>\n<p>2) Buka valve pada sampling point dan bersihkan kotoran yang terkumpul di titik itu.<\/p>\n<p>3) Pasang wadah sampel sebagai ditunjukkan pada gambar 10. Untuk purging, kendorkan hubungan inlet valve wadah sampel (valve 3) sedemikian sehingga terjadi aliran purging dari sample line sampai inlet valve wadah sampel.<\/p>\n<p>4) Lakukan purging pelan-pelan ke sample line dengan gas untuk mengusir udara dengan membuka sebagian dari vent valve (Valve 2) dan sampling valve (Valve 1) sehingga sampai gas mengalir dalam sample line dan keluar pad a inlet valve wadah sampel dan keluar dari vent valve (Valve 2).<br \/>\nSelanjutnya, kencangkan hubungan pada inlet valve wadah sampel dan tutup sampling valve (Valve 1). Biarkan tekanan sample line menjadi tekanan atmosfer dan kemudian tutup vent valve (Valve 2).<\/p>\n<p>5) Buka penuh sampling valve (Valve 1) dan buka pelanpelan inlet valve wadah sampel (Valve 3), biarkan terjadi kenaikkan tekanan sampai tekanan sumber atau sedikit dibawahnya. Terdapatnya kondensat dapat dihindari apabila sampling dilakukan pada tekanan lebih rendah dari tekanan sumber.<\/p>\n<p>6) Tutup inlet valve wadah sampel (Valve 3) dan sampling valve (Valve 1). Buka vent valve (Valve 2) untuk membebaskan tekanan dalam sample line.<\/p>\n<p>7) Pindahkan wadah sampel dan tes kebocoran dengan mencelupkan valve di dalam air atau dengan menggunakan larutan pendeteksi kebocoran.
