Sampel yang diperoleh dapat digunakan untuk tes rutin di laboratorium kecuali untuk metode uji ASTM D 2163 yaitu analisis komposisi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Garis besar metode<\/strong><br \/>\nSampel dipindahkan dari sumber dengan cara bilas dulu silinder dengan sampel , kemudian isi silinder sampling dengan sampel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Peralatan<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Kontainer Sampel, dibuat dari logam yang dapat memberikan keamanan maksimum dan tahan terhadap korosi serta dilengkapi kerangan pada ujung-ujungnya.. Material yang cocok berupa logam tahan karat (stainless steel). Lebih jelas dapat dilihat pada gambar 12.<br \/>\n&#8211; Pipa transfer sampel, terbuat dari logam tahan karat atau logam lentur lainnya, yang dilengkapi dengan kerangan dan sambungan-sambungan pipa.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2015\/08\/image6.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; margin: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; padding-top: 0px; border-width: 0px;\" title=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2015\/08\/image_thumb8.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"444\" height=\"326\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nGambar 12 Tipikal kontainer sampel dan sambungan sampling<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prosedur<\/strong><br \/>\nSambungkan ujung dari pipa transfer dengan kerangan titik sampling dan kerangan C masukan pada silinder. Tutup kerangan kontrol A, kerangan B dan kerangan C , lihat pada gambar 13. Bilas pipa sambungan dengan membuka kerangan A dan B.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2015\/08\/image11.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; margin: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; padding-top: 0px; border-width: 0px;\" title=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2015\/08\/image_thumb10.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"428\" height=\"444\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nGambar 13 Alternatif Sambungan untuk pembilasan (purging)<\/p>\n<p>Pembilasan kontainer sample: Jika identitas sampel tidak diketahui, gunakan prosedur pembilasan sebagai berikut :<br \/>\n&#8211; Sambungkan kerangan D pada pipa transfer pada posisi vertical dan kerangan C berada diatas.Gambar 13<br \/>\n&#8211; Tutup kerangan B,C dan D. Buka Keragan A dan kemudian kerangan C dan D. Isi sampel kontainer sampai cairan keluar dari kerangan C. Tutup kerang C dan D kemudian kerangan A yang ada di pipa transfer .<br \/>\n&#8211; Longgarkan sambungan dengan pipa jaringan dengan silinder dan putar 180 o, buka kerangan C dan D dan keluarkan cairan.<br \/>\n&#8211; Kembalikan keposisi semula yaitu kerangan C ada di atas dan kuatkan sambungan dan lakukan hal ini minimal 3 kali.<\/p>\n<p>Jika identitas sampel diketahui : Seperti pada gambar 13 kerangan D berada di atas, tutup kerangan B dan buka kerangan A , buka kerangan masukan C dan masukkan sampel ke dalam silinder perlahan . kemudian tutup kerangan A dan sampel yang telah menjadi uap dikeluarkan melalui kerangan D. dan lakukan pembilasan ini minimal 3 kali.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pemindahan Sampel<\/strong><br \/>\nPosisi silinder seperti pada gambar 13, kerangan D berada di atas. Kerangan C dan D ditutup. Tutup kerangan B dan buka kerangan A buka keranganan C dan isi silinder dengan sampel , kemudian tutup kerangan masukan C dan buka kerangan B dan tutup kerangan sumber sampel A.
