{"id":286,"date":"2023-11-05T05:23:27","date_gmt":"2023-11-04T22:23:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/?p=286"},"modified":"2023-11-01T14:46:26","modified_gmt":"2023-11-01T07:46:26","slug":"sample-containers-natural-gas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/sample-containers-natural-gas\/","title":{"rendered":"Sample Containers Natural Gas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"notranslate\">Used sample containers of metal, which is resistant to corrosion and has a high safety factor.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Suggested sample container is made of stainlees steel, because it can reduce the occurrence of surface adsorption of heavy hydrocarbon components (hexane and heavier components) and also to reduce the occurrence of reaction between carbon dioxide and container.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Sample container has one or two Valve Valve, this depends on the selected sampling procedures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> The sample container and Valve must have a working pressure equal to or greater than the maximum pressure in the sampling, storage or tool carrier (transport) sample container.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> The size of the sample container depending on the number of samples required for laboratory tests to be made.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Table I provides the size of the recommended minimum number of samples for laboratory testing.<\/span><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/i2.wp.com\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2015\/08\/image7.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/i2.wp.com\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2015\/08\/image_thumb5.png?resize=444%2C282\" alt=\"image\" width=\"444\" height=\"282\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> <strong>Sample Transfer Line<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> Sample transfer line in the form of tubing made of stainless steel, steel, or copper or any other metal tenacious, not reactive samples.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Stainlees steel used for pressures above 1000 psi or for gas containing H2S.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Valve source of sampling associated with sampling container is equipped with two, namely Valve Valve Valve A and B, where Valve A is connected directly to the sample container (see Figure 1).<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> More practical to sample a short line.<\/span><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/i1.wp.com\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2015\/08\/image9.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/i1.wp.com\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2015\/08\/image_thumb9.png?resize=444%2C228\" alt=\"image\" width=\"444\" height=\"228\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> Figure 1.
