{"id":288,"date":"2025-07-29T03:52:51","date_gmt":"2025-07-28T20:52:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/?p=288"},"modified":"2025-07-28T07:42:10","modified_gmt":"2025-07-28T00:42:10","slug":"container-evacuated-method","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/container-evacuated-method\/","title":{"rendered":"Container Evacuated Method"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> Sampling procedures ways evacuated container method is as follows:<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> 1) Evacuation sample container to a pressure of 1 mm Hg or below.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> (Use cylinder having facilities evacuation and tested in a vacuum).<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Before use, the vacuum can be tested with a vacuum gage.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> Note: As an alternative to cylinder evacuation, the cylinder can be charged up to a positive pressure with inert gas in the analytical techniques used.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> A gas that can be used is hydrogen or helium gas.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Air content in the sample container can be reduced to the lowest prices by purging the gas pressure or by evacuation and filled with gas suppressant.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Gas content suppressor can be used to modify the method of analysis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\">Equipment arrangement shown in Figure 10.<\/span><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/i2.wp.com\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2015\/08\/image8.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/i1.wp.com\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2015\/08\/image_thumb7.png?resize=444%2C352\" alt=\"image\" width=\"444\" height=\"352\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> Figure 10. The sampling gas &#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/translate.googleusercontent.com\/translate_c?depth=1&amp;hl=en&amp;rurl=translate.google.com&amp;sl=id&amp;tl=en&amp;u=http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/evacuated-container-method\/&amp;usg=ALkJrhhROdWyL414MLieqCcel6cn9FF3hA\">evacuated Container Method<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\">2) Open the valve at the sampling point and clean the dirt collected at that point.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\">3) Put the sample container as shown in Figure 10. For purging, loosen ties sample container inlet valve (valve 3) such that flow occurs purging of the sample line to the inlet valve the sample container.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> 4) Perform purging slowly into line with the sample gas to expel the air by opening a portion of the vent valve (Valve and sampling valve (Valve 1) so as to flow in the sample gas line and a pad out the inlet valve and out of the sample container vent valve (Valve 2).<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> Next, tighten relations on the inlet valve and close the sample container sampling valve (Valve 1).<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Let the sample line pressure becomes atmospheric pressure and then close the vent valve (Valve 2).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\">5) Open full sampling valve (Valve 1) and open the sample container pelanpelan inlet valve (Valve 3), let it be increase the pressure until the pressure source or a little below it.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> The presence of condensate can be avoided if the sampling is done at lower pressure than the pressure source.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\">6) Close the sample container inlet valve (Valve 3) and sampling valve (Valve 1).<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Open vent valve (Valve 2) to relieve the pressure in the sample line.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\">7) Move the sample container and valve leak test by dipping in water or by using a leak detection solution.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Perform valve blockage.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sampling procedures ways evacuated container method is as follows: 1) Evacuation sample container to a pressure of 1 mm Hg<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","footnotes":""},"categories":[1830],"tags":[245,247,251,249,252,250,248,246,255,253,254],"class_list":["post-288","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-english","tag-container-method","tag-container-method-skyrim","tag-container-methodology","tag-container-methods","tag-container-methods-axapta","tag-container-methods-handbook-po-502","tag-container-methods-in-ax-2012","tag-container-methods-java","tag-method-container-of-object-workbook-failed","tag-methodist-container-ministry","tag-methodist-container-ministry-ireland"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 -
