Distilasi ASTM D 86<br \/>\n&#8211; teknik yang dianjurkan adalah prosedur Bottle \/ Beaker Spot Sampling<br \/>\n&#8211; sebelum sampling bottle \/ beaker direndam dalam material yang akan diambil<br \/>\n&#8211; setelah memperoleh contoh, secepatnya ditutup rapat dan disimpan dalam sistem pendingin pada suhu 0 sampai 4,5 <sup>0<\/sup>C (32 sampai 40 <sup>0<\/sup>F)<br \/>\n2. Vapor Pressure ASTM D 323<br \/>\n&#8211; gunakan metode sampling ASTM D 5842<br \/>\n3. Oxydation Stability ASTM D 525, D 873<br \/>\n&#8211; hindari kontaminasi dan terpaan sinar sewaktu pengambilan dan sample handling<br \/>\n&#8211; untuk menghindari agitasi dengan udara yang akan mengakibatkan oksidasi, contoh jangan dituang, digoyang atau diaduk<br \/>\n&#8211; wadah contoh: gunakan gelas coklat atau botol gelas jernih yang dibungkus<br \/>\n&#8211; dianjurkan dengan teknik running sampling, karena contoh diambil secara langsung dalam botol. Hal ini memperkecil kemungkinan absorpsi udara, kehilangan uap dan kontaminasi<br \/>\n&#8211; sebelum sampling botol dibilas dengan produk yang akan diambil<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prosedur Sampling ( Umum )<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>1. Tindakan Pencegahan<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; untuk memperoleh contoh yang representatif harus dilakukan dengan hati-hati dan aturan yang benar.<br \/>\n&#8211; Pada dasarnya uap minyak bersifat racun dan mudah terbakar, maka hindari menghirup uapnya dan adanya percikan bunga api<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Sample Handling<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; contoh-contoh yang sangat mudah menguap harus dijaga dari terjadinya penguapan<br \/>\n&#8211; pemindahan contoh dari peralatan sampling ke wadah contoh secara cepat<br \/>\n&#8211; setelah dikirim ke laboratorium, contoh yang mudah menguap harus didinginkan sebelum wadah contoh dibuka<br \/>\n&#8211; contoh yang sensitive terhadap sinar, seperti gasoline harus dijaga dalam wadah gelap jika pengujian meliputi parameter : warna, ON, TEL Content, sludge forming characteristic, stability test<br \/>\n&#8211; container outage \u2013 wadah contoh tidak diisi secara penuh untuk ekspansi karena perubahan suhu dan memudahkan pada homogenisasi (mixing)<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Sample Labeling<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; secepatnya beri tanda dengan jelas dan titik mudah terhapus<br \/>\n&#8211; meliputi tanggal, waktu, nama petugas, nama dan nomor tanki, grade material, simbol standar dan lain-lain.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\uf0b7 Crude Petroleum dan Residual Fuel Oil &#8211;
