Running \/ All-Level Sampling<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aplikasi :<\/p>\n<p>Running dan All-Level sampling dapat digunakan untuk sampling cairan yang mempunyai RPV \uf0a3 101 kPa (14,7 psia) dalam tanki truk, shore tank, ship tank. Running dan All-Level sampling tidak perlu representatif karena volume tanki tidak proporsional terhadap kedalamannya dan karena operator tidak dapat menaikkan alat sampling pada kebutuhan kecepatan pengisian secara proporsional.<\/p>\n<p>Peralatan<\/p>\n<p>Botol atau beker pengambil contoh yang sesuai seperti ditunjukkan pada gambar 4, dilengkapi dengan tutup yang berdiameter 2 cm ( \u00be in ).<\/p>\n<p>Prosedur :<br \/>\n&#8211; Yakinkan bahwa botol sampling dan wadah contoh dalam keadaan bersih dan kering.<br \/>\n&#8211; Pasangkan pemberat pada botol atau pasangkan botol pada keranjang sampling (cage)<br \/>\n&#8211; Pada kecepatan yang seragam, turunkan rangkaian botol sampling sampai batas dasar atau outlet tangki, dan tanpa keraguan naikkan sehingga botol kira-kira terisi \u00be bagian saat keluar dari cairan.<br \/>\n&#8211; Pasangkan penutupnya dengan rapat, beri label dengan jelas dan segera kirimkan ke laboratorium.<\/p>\n<p><strong>B. Tap Sampling<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aplikasi :<\/p>\n<p>Prosedur Tap Sampling digunakan untuk pengambilan sample berupa cairan yang mempunyai RVP 101 kPa (14.7 psia) atau lebih rendah dalam tangki yang dilengkapi kran yang sesuai.<\/p>\n<p>Prosedur ini juga diperuntukkan untuk cairan yang mudah menguap pada tangki yang dilengkapi ventilasi udara dan jenis atap-balon, spheroid dan sebagainya. (Contoh dapat juga diambil dari keran pada gelas penduga, gage glass, bila tanki tidak dilengkapi dengan Tap Sampling.)<\/p>\n<p>Peralatan :<br \/>\n&#8211; Peralatan Tap Sampling selengkapnya tertera pada gambar<br \/>\n&#8211; Tiap kran harus berdiameter 1.25 cm (1\/2 inch)<br \/>\n&#8211; Kran berdiameter 2.0 cm (3\/4 inch) diperuntukkan untuk contoh cairan dengan kekentalan tinggi (minyak mentah dengan density 0.9465 atau 18 \u00baAPI atau kurang)<br \/>\n&#8211; Pada tangki dengan tutup yang tidak mengapung tiap kran sample harus diperpanjang sampai masuk ke dalam tangki minimal 10 cm. Biasanya kran sample dilengkapi pipa kecil yang dapat mengisi botol sample dari bagian bawah \/ dasar botol.<br \/>\n&#8211; Untuk Tangki yang saluran outletnya disamping, supaya mendapat contoh yang bersih, kran ditempatkan 2 cm (4 inch) dibawah dasar sambungan saluran outlet.<br \/>\n&#8211; Bersihkan dan keringkan botol, dan ukurannya sesuai untuk menampung contoh yang diinginkan.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2015\/08\/image20.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; margin: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; padding-top: 0px; border-width: 0px;\" title=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2015\/08\/image_thumb20.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"433\" height=\"258\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Prinsip Kerja :<br \/>\n&#8211; Periksa kebersihan wadah contoh \/ silinder gelas. Bersihkan dengan pelarut yang cocok, bilas dengan cairan contoh.<br \/>\n&#8211; Periksa tinggi cairan contoh dalam tangki<br \/>\n&#8211; Bila contoh mempunyai RVP 101 kPa (atau kurang), hubungkan pipa penyambung secara langsung dengan kran<br \/>\n&#8211; Bilas pipa penyambung dan botol contoh sampai bersih<br \/>\n&#8211; Tampung contoh pada wadah \/ silinder gelas yang sesuai. Jika contoh tersebut diperoleh dari kran yang berbeda gunakan sebuah silinder berskala untuk memperkirakan jumlah contoh yang telah diambil, sebaliknya kalau dari satu kran, contoh tidak usah dipindahkan<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Jika menggunakan pipa pemnyambung, yakinkan ujung pipa tersebut berada di bawah permukaan contoh pada wadah contoh selama pengisisan contoh<br \/>\n&#8211; Jika contoh sudah ditampung dalam suatu wadah (silinder gelas) simpan contoh tersebut. Tutup rapat-rapat wadah contoh dan berilah label.<br \/>\n&#8211; Lepaskan pipa penyambung dan bersihkan, sehingga siap digunakan kembali.<br \/>\n&#8211; Kirimkan contoh tersebut ke laboratorium untul dianalisis.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A.
