Core Thief Spot Sampling Procedure<\/strong><br \/>\nAplikasi : Metode ini menguraikan alat untuk pengambilan contoh cair\/liquid yang mempunyai RVP pada 101 kPa (14.7 psia) atau kurang dalam tangki penyimpanan, mobil tangki, truk tangki, kapal dan tangki apung.<\/p>\n<p>Peralatan:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2015\/08\/image19.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; margin: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; padding-top: 0px; border-width: 0px;\" title=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2015\/08\/image_thumb21.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"204\" height=\"444\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Prinsip Kerja :<br \/>\n\uf02d Periksa \/ yakinkan gelas ukur dan tempat contoh dalam keadaan bersih dan kering<br \/>\n\uf02d Periksa tinggi cairan dalam tangki, gunakan automatic gage atau pengukur outage measurement, jika diperlukan<br \/>\n\uf02d Periksa alat apakah layak dioperasikan<\/p>\n<p>\uf02d Buka penutup bagian bawah dan atur posisi tali<br \/>\n\uf02d Turunkan alat sampai pada jenis sample yang diinginkan (lihat tabel 5). Setelah sampai lokasi jenis sample, tutup bagian bawah dari alat dengan menarik bagian yang kecil.<br \/>\n\uf02d Tarik kembali alat tersebut<br \/>\n\uf02d Jika sample hanya berisi setengah, tuang dalam tempat sample. Jika sample lebih dari satu lokasi, tukar sample dalam gelas ukur dan tuang dalam tempat sample<br \/>\n\uf02d Buang sisa sample yang tidak dikehendaki.<br \/>\n\uf02d Pasang penutup pada wadah sample dan pasang label pada wadah sample.<br \/>\n\uf02d Kirimkan wadah sample ke laboratorium atau pelbagai fasilitas untuk pencampuran dan analisis\/percobaan<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Bottle \/ Beaker Spot Sampling<br \/>\n<\/strong>Aplikasi :<br \/>\nProsedur sampling ini digunakan untuk sampling liquid (cairan) yang mempunyai RVP 101 kPa (14.7 psia) atau endapan yang ada dalam tangki-tangki penyimpanan, tangki mobil, tangki truk, kapal dan tangki-tangki perahu\/tongkang. Padatan atau semi cairan bahkan cairan bisa juga disampling dengan menggunakan prosedur ini, yang dilengkapi dengan cairan murni saat sampling. Untuk aplikasinya prosedur ini sering dipakai untuk sampling contoh-contoh seperti : premium, kerosine, avgas bahkan solar.<\/p>\n<p>Peralatan :<br \/>\n&#8211; Botol atau beker<br \/>\n&#8211; Sebuah graduated cylinder &amp; container<br \/>\n&#8211; Sangkar sampling yang terbuat dari metal atau plastik yang cocok untuk menempatkan kontainernya<br \/>\n&#8211; Material pemberat untuk menenggelamkan kontainer saat sampling<br \/>\n&#8211; Tali untuk memasukkan kontainer<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2015\/08\/image22.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; margin: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; padding-top: 0px; border-width: 0px;\" title=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2015\/08\/image_thumb23.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"444\" height=\"265\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Prinsip Kerja :<br \/>\n&#8211; Cek botol \/ beker sampling, graduated cylinder dan kontainer harus bersih<br \/>\n&#8211; Pastikan estimet level cairan dalam tangki<br \/>\n&#8211; Ikatkan tali pemberat pada botol sample<br \/>\n&#8211; Sisipkan\/tutupkan gabus pada ujung botol sample \/ beker<br \/>\n&#8211; Lakukan pengambilan sample seperempat botol<br \/>\n&#8211; Lalu bilas dan buang sample tersebut<br \/>\n&#8211; Kemudian mulailah lakukan sampling<br \/>\n&#8211; Beri label pada wadah sample<br \/>\n&#8211; Lakukan pengambilan sample kembali untuk keperluan laboratorium atau untuk keperluan lain untuk pencampuran atau untuk pengujian<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
