Bottle Sampling :<br \/>\n<\/strong>&#8211; prosedur ini dapat digunakan untuk sampling terhadap fuel dengan RVP 105 kPa(16 psia) atau kurang dalam tangki mobil, tangki timbun, tangki kapal dan tongkang<br \/>\n&#8211; sistem peralatan yang dianjurkan seperti terlihat pada gambar 3, dianjurkan diameter tutup botol 19 mm (3\/4 in)<br \/>\n&#8211; Prosedur :<\/p>\n<p>a. All-level sample:<br \/>\nTurunkan botol bertutup dan berpemberat (gambar 3) sedekat mungkin dengan draw-off level, kemudian buka penutupnya dan naikkan botol tersebut dengan kecepatan sedemikian sehingga saat muncul dari cairan telah terisi 70-85% kapasitas botol.<\/p>\n<p>b. Running Sample :<br \/>\nTurunkan botol berpemberat dengan kecepatan tetap sampai sedekat mungkin dengan bottom dari sambunganoutlet dan secepatnya tarik ke atas botol tersebut sehingga saat keluar dari cairan telah terisi 70 \u2013 80 % kapasitas botol. Catatan : Running atau all-level sample tidak perlu representatif karena volume tangki tidak proporsional terhadap kedalaman dan karena operator tidak dapat menaikkan botol dengan kecepatan sesuai yang diperlukan.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2015\/08\/image18.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; padding-top: 0px; border-width: 0px;\" title=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2015\/08\/image_thumb19.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"368\" height=\"315\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>c. Upper sample, middle sample, dan lower sample<br \/>\nTurunkan botol bertutup dan berpemberat sampai pada kedalaman yang sesuai. Tap Sampling<\/strong><br \/>\nProsedur tap sampling dapat digunakan untuk pengambilan contoh cair dengan VP 105 kPa (16 psia) atau lebih rendah dalam tanki yang dilengkapi dengan tap sampling atau line. Prosedur ini dianjurkan untuk bahan mudah menguap yang ada dalam tanki jenis baloon-roof, breather, spheroids, flootingroof tank dan lain-lain. Pemasangan tap sampling seperti pada gambar 4<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2015\/08\/image23.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; margin: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; padding-top: 0px; border-width: 0px;\" title=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2015\/08\/image_thumb24.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"440\" height=\"243\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Peralatan :<br \/>\n&#8211; tank tap, dipasang paling sedikit 3 buah pada level yang bervariasi dengan pipa standar \u00bc in dan valve yang cocok.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Tube, digunakan delivery tube untuk menghindari terjadinya kontaminasi produk saat disampling, dengan panjang yang sesuai sampai menyentuh dasar wadah contoh.<br \/>\n&#8211; Tube chiller assembling, bila pendingin sampling digunakan maka tubing yang berbentuk coil dimasukkan dalam ice-bath untuk mendinginkan fuel yang akan dialirkan ke dalam wadah contoh<br \/>\n&#8211; Wadah contoh, digunakan botol gelas yang bersih dan kering dengan ukuran yang sesuai, atau dapat juga berupa wadah dari logam<br \/>\nProsedur :<br \/>\n&#8211; sebelum contoh dialirkan, bilas sample tap dan tube kurang lebih tiga kali.<br \/>\n&#8211; Sampling untuk RVP, maka wadah harus didinginkan sampai suhu sama dengan suhu material dalam tangki, atau sampai 0<sup>0<\/sup>C (32<sup>0<\/sup>F)<br \/>\n&#8211; Isi dan kosongkan wadah contoh sebanyak tiga kali<br \/>\n&#8211; Alirkan upper, middle, dan lower sample secara langsung dari masing-masing tap setelah dilakukan pembilasan<br \/>\n&#8211; Tutup dan beri label secepatnya dan kirim ke laboratorium.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2015\/08\/image24.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; margin: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; padding-top: 0px; border-width: 0px;\" title=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2015\/08\/image_thumb25.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"373\" height=\"238\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
