Scope<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> Include procedures and equipment to obtain, mix and treatment of representative examples of the volatile fuel that will be used for testing the nature of volatility.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> This procedure can be used to fuel the range between 13-105 kPa (2-16 psia).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> <strong>2 Summary of Methods<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> The basic principle of each sampling procedures is to obtain a sample with a way and a location in the tank dapaty representative.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> <strong>3. General Instructions<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> 1. Sample Containers<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> &#8211; Containers can be any sample bottle brown or clear glass, polyethylene bottles or cans of metal.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> &#8211; All the container used must be absolutely clean, free of impurities and dry particles<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> &#8211; Close can be either cork or screw cap of plastic or metal, cork quality should be good and clean, free of any holes and rontokan cork.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Contact between the cork and the sample can be prevented by wrapping using aluminum sheet.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> The rubber cover should not be used.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> &#8211; The number of samples depends on the test method used.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> RVP test is needed bottle capacity 1 liter, while the method of the Mini-VP enough with a capacity of 125 mL bottles.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> 2. Equipment Sampling Equipment&#8217;s take the example described in detail on each of the sampling procedure.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Basically, all equipment must be berih and dry.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> 3. Time and Location Sampling<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> &#8211; Tank stockpiling, sampling when there is the acceptance and delivery.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> &#8211; Tank ship or barge, sampling each product after the vessel is filled and before the demolition.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> &#8211; Tank cars, after the sampling of the product loaded or unloaded before.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> 4.
