Tap Sampling<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> Tap sampling procedure can be used for sampling liquid with VP 105 kPa (16 psia) or lower in a tank equipped with a sampling tap or line.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> This procedure is recommended for volatiles present in baloon-roof tank types, breather, spheroids, flootingroof tanks and others.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Installation of the sampling tap as in Figure 4<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/i2.wp.com\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2015\/08\/image23.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/i1.wp.com\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2015\/08\/image_thumb24.png?resize=440%2C243\" alt=\"image\" width=\"440\" height=\"243\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> Equipment:<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> &#8211; Tank tap, installed at least 3 pieces at a level that varies with standard pipe and valve \u00bc in the match.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> &#8211; Tube, the delivery tube is used to prevent product contamination when sampling, with a length corresponding to touch the bottom of the container instance.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> &#8211; Tube chiller assembling, when sampling is used, the cooling in the form of coil tubing is inserted in the ice-bath to cool the fuel to be supplied to the sample container<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> &#8211; Containers example, used glass bottles are clean and dry with the appropriate size, or it can also be a container of metal<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> Procedure:<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> &#8211; Before the sample is passed, rinse the sample tap and tube approximately three times.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> &#8211; Sampling for RVP, the containers must be cooled to a temperature equal to the temperature of the material in the tank, or to 0 <sup>0<\/sup> C (32 <sup>0<\/sup> F)<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> &#8211; Fill and empty the sample container three times<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> &#8211; Stream upper, middle, and lower samples directly from each tap after flushing<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> &#8211; Cover and label it as soon as possible and send it to the lab.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/i2.wp.com\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2015\/08\/image24.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/i2.wp.com\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2015\/08\/image_thumb25.png?resize=373%2C238\" alt=\"image\" width=\"373\" height=\"238\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
