{"id":582,"date":"2024-06-01T03:30:51","date_gmt":"2024-05-31T20:30:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/?p=582"},"modified":"2024-05-31T07:52:27","modified_gmt":"2024-05-31T00:52:27","slug":"sensor-in-electronic-control","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/sensor-in-electronic-control\/","title":{"rendered":"Sensor In Electronic Control"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"notranslate\">The sensor is a device or component that is used to transform a non-electrical quantities (physics and chemistry) to the amount of electricity that can be analyzed with a particular electrical circuit.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> There are some terms that need to be considered, namely the mistake (error), accuracy (accuracy), sensitivity (sensitivity), repeabilitas (repeability), hysteresis (hysteresis), linearity (linearity).<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> The term errors (error) is defined as the difference between the actual value of the variable and the value of the measurement variable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> Often the actual value is unknown.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> For certain cases, the accuracy will show the range \/ bound probability of the true value.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> The term accuracy (accuracy) is used to determine kesaahan (error) the expected maximum amount of a tool in the measurement.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> There are several types of accuracy, namely:<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> <strong>1. Against the measured variables<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> For example, the accuracy in the measurement of temperature is 2 \u00b0 C, means that there are inaccuracies (uncertainty) of 2 \u00b0 C at any temperature values \u200b\u200bmeasured.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"><strong>2. Against the percentage of readings of an instrument Full Scale<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> For example, an accuracy of 0.5% FS (Full Scale) on the meter with 5 V Full Scale, meaning inaccuracies in is 0.025 volts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"><strong>3. With respect to the percentage of span (rangekemampuan measuring instruments)<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> For example if a device measuring 3% of span for pressure measurement in the range of 20-50 psi, the accuracy was increased (0:03) (50-20) = 0.9 psi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> The term sensitivity (sensitivity) is defined as the change in the output of the instrument to any changes in the smallest input.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> High sensitivity is very desirable because if the change in output that occur when subjected to a small input, then the measurement will be more easily carried out.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> For example, if the temperature sensor sensitivity of 5 mV \/ <sup>\u00b0<\/sup> C means any change in input 1 <sup>o<\/sup> C will appear at 5 mV output.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> The term repeabilitas (repeability) is defined as a measurement of how well the resulting output when given the same input several times.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/i1.wp.com\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2015\/09\/image20.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2015\/09\/image_thumb19.png?resize=264%2C62\" alt=\"image\" width=\"264\" height=\"62\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> The term hysteresis (hysteresis) is defined as the difference in output that occurs between ascending input provision and administration of a large input value decreases with the same input.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Is one indicator of repeatability.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2015\/09\/image24.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/i1.wp.com\/www.tneutron.net\/industri\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2015\/09\/image_thumb25.png?resize=243%2C228\" alt=\"image\" width=\"243\" height=\"228\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> Figure 2.21 Graph hysteresis<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\">The term linearity (linearity) is defined as the relationship between output and input can be realized in a straight line equation.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Linearity is highly desirable because all calculations can be done with ease if the sensor can be realized in a straight line equation.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The sensor is a device or component that is used to transform a non-electrical quantities (physics and chemistry) to the<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","footnotes":""},"categories":[1830],"tags":[816,822,820,818,817,819,821],"class_list":["post-582","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-english","tag-sensor-electronic","tag-sensor-electronic-projects","tag-sensor-electronic-technology-ceo","tag-sensor-electronic-technology-inc","tag-sensor-electronics","tag-sensor-electronics-mn","tag-sensor-electronics-sec-3100"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 -
