Persyaratan umum sistem kendali.<\/strong><br \/>\nSetiap sistem kendali harus bersifat stabil. Ini merupakan persyaratan utama. Di samping kestabilan mutlak, suatu sistem kendali harus mempuyai kestabilan relatif yang layak. Suatu sistem kendali juga harus mampu memperkecil kesalahan sampai nol atau sampai pada suatu harga yang dapat ditoleransi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>b. Persoalan dasar dalam disain sistem kendali.<\/strong><br \/>\nPada kondisi praktis, selalu ada beberapa gangguan yang bekerja pada plant. Gangguan ini mungkin berasal dari luar atau dari dalam mungkin bersifat acak dan mungkin pula dapat diramalkan. Kendalian harusmemperhitungkan setiap gangguan yang akan mempengaruhi variabel keluaran. Analisis. Analisis sistem kendali adalah penelitian pada kondisi tertentu dimana performansi sistem yang model matematiknya diketahui.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Disain.<\/strong><br \/>\nDisain sistem kendali adalah proses pencarian suatu sistem yang dapat menyelesaikan tugas yang diberikan. Pada umumnya prosedur disain tidak diperoleh secara langsung tetapi memerlukan metoda coba-coba Sintesis. Sintesis adalah mencari suatu sistem dengan prosedur langsung yang akan bekerja menurut cara tertentu. Biasanya prosedur semacam ini bersifat matematis dari awal sampai akhir proses disain.<\/p>\n<p><strong>c. Pendekatan dasar dalam disain sistem kendali.<br \/>\n<\/strong>Pendekatan dasar dalam disain setiap sistem kendali praktis perlu melibatkan metoda coba-coba. Sintesis sistem kendali linier secara teoritis dapat dilakukan dan secara matematis, desainer dapat menentukan komponen-komponen yang diperlukan untuk mencapai sasaran yang diberikan. Meskipun demikian, dalam praktek mungkin sistem dibatasi oleh beberapa kendala atausifat nonlinier. Di samping itu, karakteristik komponen mungkin tidak dapat diketahui dengan tepat. Jadi selalu diperlukan prosedur coba-coba<\/p>\n<p><strong>Komponen Sistem Kendali<br \/>\n<\/strong>Sesuai dengan fungsi pengendalian secara menyeluruh maka komponen-komponen sistem pengendalian dibagi dalam 4 bahagian yaitu:<br \/>\n<strong>a. Sensor dan Transduser<\/strong><br \/>\nSensor digunakan sebagai elemen yang langsung mengadakan kontak dengan yang diukur sedangkan transduser berfungsi untuk mengubah besaran fisis yang diukur menjadi besaran fisis lainnya. Pada umumnya adalah mengubah besaran-besaran fisis menjadibesaran listrik seperti tekanan, temperatur, aliran, posisi dan lain-lain<\/p>\n<p><strong>b. Error Detector<\/strong><br \/>\nMengukur error (kesalahan) yang terjadi antara keluaran aktual dan keluaran yang diingini.<\/p>\n<p><strong>c. Penggerak<\/strong><br \/>\nAlat ini berfungsi untuk mengendalikan aliran energi ke sistem yang dikendalikan. Alat ini disebut juga elemen pengendali akhir misalnya motor listrik, katup pengendali, pompa, silinder hidraulik dan lain-lain. Elemen keluaran ini harus mempuyai kemampuanuntuk menggerakkan beban ke suatu harga yang diinginkan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>d. Penguat<\/strong><br \/>\nPenguat ini terbagi atas 2 bahagian yaitu penguat daya dan penguat tegangan. Penguat daya dibutuhkan karena hampir dalam semua kejadian daya dari \u201cerror detector\u201d tidak cukup kuat untuk menggerakkan elemen keluaran sedangkan penguat tegangan biasanya banyak terdapat pada op-amp. Rangkaian ini dapat melakukan operasi-operasimatematis seperti penjumlahan, integrasi, differensiasi dan lainnya.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>a.
