Terjadinya perbedaan antara output dan input dikarenakan adanya kerugian-kerugian diantaranya terjadinya kebocoran di dalam pompa sehingga akan mengurangi volume output. Secara keseluruhan, kebocran dapat terjadi pada pompa hidrolik, katup-katup, aktuator dan pada setiap konektor. Sehingga dalam hal ini perbandingan antara volume cairan hidrolik yang secara efisien menghasilkan daya di banding dengan penghasilan pompa teoritis disebut efisiensi volumetrik (\u019ev).<\/p>\n<p>Penghasilan pompa (misal:pompa roda gigi) secara teoritis dapat dihitung dengan rumus :<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/mesin\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2016\/12\/image-9.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; margin: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px; border-width: 0px;\" title=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/mesin\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2016\/12\/image_thumb-8.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"117\" height=\"58\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nQ = penghasilan pompa teoritis ( l\/min.)<br \/>\nn = putaran pompa ( r.p.m )<br \/>\nV = volume caiaran yang dipindahkan tiap putaran ( cm<sup>3<\/sup> )<\/p>\n<p>Penghasilan pompa tergantung pada besar tekanan kerja sistem hidrolik. Semakin besar tekanan, penghasilan pompa (Q) akan semakin berkurang. Karakteristik pompa semacam ini dapat kita lihat pada gambar 13.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/mesin\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2016\/12\/image-11.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px; border-width: 0px;\" title=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/mesin\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2016\/12\/image_thumb-9.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"417\" height=\"243\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nGambar 13. Semakin beser tekanan semakin berkurang penghaslan<\/p>\n<p>Apabila p = 0 , penghasilan pompa Q penuh ( Q teoritis)<br \/>\nApabila p &gt; 0 , penghasilan pompa berkurang karena adanya kebocoran dan secara logika semakin tinggi tekanan akan semakin besar pula kebocoran.<br \/>\nContoh :<br \/>\nUntuk pompa yang baru , kebocoran 6 % pada p = 230 bar.<br \/>\nQ( p=0) = 10 l\/min.<br \/>\nQ(p=230) = 9,4 l\/min.<br \/>\nQL = 0,6 l\/min.<br \/>\nJadi efisiensi volumetrik ( \u019ev ) = 94 %<\/p>\n<p>Untuk pompa yang lama, kebocoran mencapai 13 % pada p = 230 bar<br \/>\nQ(p=0) = 10 l\/min.<br \/>\nQ(p=230) = 8,7 l\/min.<br \/>\nQL = 1,3 l\/min.<br \/>\nJadi efisiensi volumetrik ( \u019ev) = 87 %<\/p>\n<p>Cara-cara pengaturan\/pengendalian di dalam sistem hidrolik susunan urutannya dapat kita jelaskan sebagai berikut :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Isyarat (Signal) masukan atau input element mendapat energi langsung dari pembangkit aliran fluida ( pompa hidrolik ) yang kemudian diteruskan ke pemroses sinyal.<\/li>\n<li>Isyarat pemroses atau processing element yang memproses sinyal masukan secara logic untuk diteruskan ke final control element.<\/li>\n<li>Sinyal pengendali akhir ( Final control element ), akan mengarahkan out put yaitu arah gerakan aktuator ( Working element ) dan ini merupakan hasil akhir dari sistem hidrolik .<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Komponen-komponen kontrol tersebut di atas biasa disebut katup-katup ( Valves ). Menurut kontruksinya katup-katup tersebut dikelompokkan sebagai berikut :<br \/>\n<strong>a. Katup Poppet (Poppet Valves)<\/strong><br \/>\nYaitu apabila untuk menutup katup tersebut dengan cara menekan anak katup (bola atau kones atau piringan) pada dudukan . Menurut jenis anak katupnya, katup poppet digolongkan menjadi :<br \/>\n&#8211; Katup bola ( Ball seat valves )<br \/>\n&#8211; Katup kones ( Cone popet valves )<br \/>\n&#8211; Katup Piringan ( Disc seat valves )<\/p>\n<p><strong>b. Katup Geser ( Slide valves )<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Longitudinal Slide<br \/>\n&#8211; Plate Slide (Rotary slide valve)<\/p>\n<p>Menurut fungsinya katup-katup dikelompokkan sebagai berikut :<br \/>\n1). Katup pengarah ( Directional control valves )<br \/>\n2). Katup satu arah ( Non return valves )<br \/>\n3). Katup pengatur tekanan ( Pressure cotrol valves )<br \/>\n4). Katup pengontrol aliran ( Flow control valves )<br \/>\n5).
