Kopling<\/strong><br \/>\nKopling adalah komponen penyambung yang menghubungkan penggerak mula (motor listrik) dengan pompa hidrolik. Kopling ini mentransfer momen puntir dari motor ke pompa hidrolik. Juga kopling ini merupakan bantalan di antara motor dan pompa.yang akan mencegah terjadinya hentakan\/getaran selama motor mentransfer daya ke pompa dan selama pompa mengalami hentakan tekanan yang juga akan sampai ke motor. Kopling juga menyeimbangkan dan mentolerir adanya error alignment (ketidak sentrisan yaitu antara sumbu poros motor dengan sumbu poros pompa tidak segaris).<\/p>\n<p>Contoh-contoh bahan kopling<br \/>\nUntuk memenuhi persyaratan tersebut di atas maka pada umumnya kopling dibuat dari bahan :<br \/>\n\uf0b7 &#8211; Karet (Rubber couplings)<br \/>\n\uf0b7 &#8211; Roda gigi payung ( Spiral bevel gear couplings )<br \/>\n\uf0b7 &#8211; Clutch dengan perapat plastik ( Square tooth clutch with plastic inserts )<\/p>\n<p><strong>B. Tangki hidrolik ( Reservoir )<\/strong><br \/>\nTangki hidrolik (Reservoir) merupakan bagian dari instalasi unit tenaga yang konsruksinya ada bermacam-macam, ada yang berbentuk silindris dan ada pula yang berbentuk kotak. Fungsi\/tugas tangki hidrolik<br \/>\n\uf0b7 &#8211; Sebagai tempat atau tandon cairan hidrolik.<br \/>\n\uf0b7 &#8211; Tempat pemisahan air, udara dan partikel-partikel padat yang hanyut dalam cairan hidrolik.<br \/>\n\uf0b7 &#8211; Menghilangkan panas dengan menyebarkan panas ke seluruh badan tangki.<br \/>\n\uf0b7 &#8211; Tempat memasang komponen unit tenaga seperti pompa, penggerak mula, katup-katup, akumulator dan lain-lain.<\/p>\n<p>Ukuran tangki hidrolik berkisar antara 3 s\/d 5 kali penghasilan pompa dalam liter\/menit dan ruang udara di atas permukaan cairan maksimum berkisar antara 10% s\/d 15 %.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/mesin\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2016\/12\/image-16.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px; border-width: 0px;\" title=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/mesin\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2016\/12\/image_thumb-14.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"457\" height=\"325\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nGambar 11 salah satu konstruksi tangki hidrolik.<\/p>\n<p><strong>C. Baffle Plate<\/strong><br \/>\nBaffle Plate berfungsi sebagai pemisah antara cairan hidrolik yang baru datang dari sirkulasi dan cairan hidrolik yang akan dihisap oleh pompa. Juga berfungsi untuk memutar cairan yang baru datang sehingga memiliki kesempatan lebih lama untuk menyebarkan panas, untuk mengendapkan kotoran dan juga untuk memisahkan udara serta air sebelum dihisap kembali ke pompa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D. Filter (Saringan )<\/strong><br \/>\nFilter berfungsi untuk menyaring kotoran-kotoran atau kontaminan yang berasal dari komponen sistem hidrolik seperti bagian-bagian kecil yang mengelupas, kontaminasi akibat oksidasi dan sebagainya. Sesuai dengan tempat pemasangannya, ada macam-macam Filter yaitu : \uf0b7<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Suction filter, dipasang pada saluran hisap dan kemungkinannya di dalam tangki. \uf0b7<\/li>\n<li>Pressure line filter, dipasang pada saluran tekan dan berfungsi untuk mengamankan komponen-komponen yang dianggap penting. \uf0b7<\/li>\n<li>Return line filter, dipasang pada saluran balik untuk menyaring agar kotoran jangan masuk ke dalam tangki. Kebanyakan sistem hidrolik selalu memasang suction filter.
