Hydraulic system<\/strong><\/span>
\n Hydraulic comes from ‘Greek’, consisting of kata’hydro ‘which means water dan’aulos “which means the pipe.<\/span> So that the hydraulic system can be interpreted as applying pipe with liquid.<\/span> But at the present time most of the hydraulic system not only uses water but interplanted water mixture (water emulsion) or oil alone.<\/span><\/p>\n

Function \/ duty hydraulic fluids<\/strong><\/span>
\n Function or duty hydraulic fluids are:<\/span>
\n \uf0b7 – Successor successor pressure or power.<\/span>
\n \uf0b7 – Lubricant for moving parts<\/span>
\n \uf0b7 – Cooling<\/span>
\n \uf0b7 – As the pads from the buffeting of pressure at the end of step.<\/span>
\n \uf0b7 – Prevention of corrosion<\/span>
\n \uf0b7 – Drifter bram \/ chip are tiny particles that flake off of the component.<\/span>
\n \uf0b7 – As a gesture sender (signal)<\/span><\/p>\n

Viscosity (viscosity) of liquid<\/strong><\/span>

Besides the above-mentioned units are another unit which is also used in hydraulic systems, namely:<\/span>
\n Redwood 1;<\/span> unit of viscosity is measured in seconds with the symbol (R1).<\/span>
\n Saybolt Universal;<\/span> unit of viscosity is also measured in seconds and with symbol (SU).<\/span>
\n Engler;<\/span> unit of viscosity is measured by degrees Engler (0E)<\/span><\/p>\n

For hydraulic fluid with high viscosity can be used the following factors:<\/span>
\n R1 = 4,10 VK<\/span>
\n SU = 4.635 VK<\/span>
\n E = 0.132 VK.<\/span>
\n VK = Viscosity Kenematik<\/u><\/span><\/p>\n

In the standard ISO viscosity hydraulic fluids are classified into several viscosity grade and number gradenya taken roughly halfway between the minimum viscosity to a maximum viscosity.<\/span><\/p>\n

The following table shows a list of ISO viscosity grade<\/span>
