a. External leak : if the leaf end cap is leaky, it should be tightened fastening lid. If it still fails to stop the leak should replace the gasket and sealnya. If the cylinder leak around the piston rod the seals and gaskets change immediately. If this is done but still leak then check it

a) Buffer, because maybe the pegs and bolts are still loose (less tight).

b) The piston rod, the possibility of mounting the piston rod is not in line or the piston rod is burdened on one side only.

c) Lubrication, the possibility of shortage of lubricant on the piston rod, this can lead to packing piston rod etched and eroded consequently cylinder step so uncertain.

d) Dirt on the piston or piston rods, this is caused when the piston rod lengthwise it can be affixed by dust or other dirt, then at the time of retreat carrying impurities that damage the piston rod packing.

e) Defects on the piston rod, this is due to the unprotected piston rods being exposed to hard impacts.

1. Operate the pump according to the limit recommended by the manufacturer.

2. Install the pump with a strong holder, to avoid vibration.

3. During operation check the pump, whether the heat is high enough or not

4. Use the appropriate type of hydraulic oil, and replace the oil periodically, otherwise this may cause high heat.

5. Use the appropriate type of filter, so that small particles are able to filter, so that the dirt does not enter the hydraulic system (including the pump).

6. Keep all oil into the pump, in order to avoid cavitation, by adjusting the height of the oil surface with the inlet of the pump.

7. Check the channels that will enter into the pump, whether clogged or not, because if the block will cause air into the system that cause fluid foaming.

Note: each reinstall the pump to the hydraulic system, the pump must be prime, that is to fill the pump with oil, with the main purpose for lubrication and increasing the suction rate.
