on heavy machinery in the early days is still very simple.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> At that time the special equipment used or the standard procedure is still very little.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> &#8220;The purpose of removing and installing components is to remove components as quickly as possible, repair them as needed and reinstall them for use again.&#8221; The main class=\"notranslate\"> Figure 3.1 Ancient machines<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> In the late 1950s, machine tools and repair procedures were far more complex and sophisticated.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Rapidly advanced machine technology makes guidebooks, training and equipment more qualified.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> With this advancement, the more complex components can be repaired quickly and effectively.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> However, the main focus remains on how to make repairs as quickly as possible to minimize the time and so the machine can be operated again.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> Attempts to fix components of disposal and installation, finding sources of component malfunction or extending service life are not getting much attention.<\/span><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/mesin\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2017\/09\/clip_image008-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/mesin\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2017\/09\/clip_image010.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"clip_image010\" class=\"notranslate\"> The mining industry plays a major role in changing the focus of machine repairs, from reduced rest periods to reducing operating costs.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> A reduction in production costs is a necessary step in order to survive in a tightly competitive business.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> Since production machinery is the largest component of capital investment, its utilization must be maximized and cost per ton must be suppressed.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> The availability of machines is an important factor that determines performance, but the important thing is to manage the main component life cycle cost so that the cost per ton can be
