Note: Check all O-ring seals<\/i> and components of wear or damage.<\/span> Replace components if possible.<\/span> Put a little lubrication on all O-ring seals<\/i> with a lubricant suitable for sealing perfection when installed.<\/span> Clean all components with cloth \/ tissue so that it is free from any contaminant.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

1. If the cover assembly<\/i> (11) has been removed, give the sealent<\/i> (12) on the cover<\/i> assembly<\/i> first for the installation of the cover assembly<\/i> later.<\/span> Begin and end the sealent<\/i> with overlap beside the hole (X) for the top bolt<\/i> .<\/span>

2. Install the bracket link<\/i> (A) on the steering tank<\/i> .<\/span> Install the appropriate flat webbing sling<\/i> (see how much bebannnya maximum capacity) on link bracket<\/i> and lifting tool.<\/span> For example using overhead cranes<\/i> or other lifting equipment.<\/span> Lift the steering tank<\/i> to the position shown in Figure 3.19<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Install six bolts<\/i> (10) and washer<\/i> .<\/span>

4. Install two bolts<\/i> (9) and washer<\/i> .<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Install the hose assembly<\/i> (6), hose assembly<\/i> (7), and hose assembly<\/i> (8) to the steering tank<\/i> .<\/span>

6. Install the O-ring seal<\/i> (5), on the oil filter assembly<\/i> (4).<\/span>

7. Place the oil filter assembly<\/i> (4) on the steering tank.<\/i><\/span> Install four locknut<\/i> (2) and washer<\/i> yag hold oil filter assembly<\/i> in place.<\/span>

8. Place the hydraulic filter assembly<\/i> (3) on the steering tank.<\/i><\/span> Install two bolts<\/i> (1) and the washer<\/i> holding the hydraulic filter assembly<\/i> in place.<\/span><\/p>\n

9. Fill the steering tank<\/i> with the appropriate oil.<\/span> The filling capacity of the steering tank is 40 liters (11 US gallons).<\/span> Look at ” Operation Maintenance<\/i> Manual<\/i> ” to find out exact information about oil change<\/span> <\/i> on the steering system.<\/span>
