{"id":595,"date":"2024-06-02T03:20:21","date_gmt":"2024-06-01T20:20:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/mesin\/?p=595"},"modified":"2024-05-27T14:01:38","modified_gmt":"2024-05-27T07:01:38","slug":"prosedur-lock-out","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/mesin\/prosedur-lock-out\/","title":{"rendered":"Prosedur Lock Out"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Rangkaian lock out merupakan prosedur standar yang digunakan untuk memutuskan catu daya listrik ke peralatan yang sedang dalam perawatan atau perbaikan. Ketika seorang teknisi\/mekanik refrigerasi\/tata udara akan bekerja di suatu peralatan listrik maka sebelum bekerja ia harus terlebih dahulu memutuskan sumber listrik yang menuju ke peralatan tersebut. Dan untuk mencegah jangan sampai ada pihak lain yang menghubungkan kembali catu daya listrik ke peralatan yang sedang ia tangani maka teknisi tersebut harus mengunci (lock out) sakelar atau breaker yang berkaitan dengan peralatan tersebut dan memasang tanda peringatan (tag out) untuk mencegah orang lain menghubungkannya kembali.<\/p>\n<p>Lock out atau Tag out adalah prosedur standar dalam pencegahan kecelakaan kerja. Prosedur ini bertujuan untuk melindungi personil yang sedang berkerja dari kecerobohan personil lainnya, misalnya tiba-tiba menghidupkan mesin yang sedang diperbaiki oleh personil lain. Disamping itu juga bertujuan untuk mencegah terjadinya kecelakaan atas pemakaian peralatan yang tidak aman. Tag out, berkaitan dengan proses penguncian sumber tenaga listrik pada posisi off melalui tanda peringatan yang disajikan dalam bentuk kartu tanda peringatan bahaya. Kartu tanda bahaya (Danger Tag) ini lazimnya digantungkan pada peralatan tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Label bahaya atau Danger Tag, adalah label berwarna merah, hitam dan putih yang dipasang oleh persnil yang sedang bekerja pada suatu alat untuk mencegah agar alat tersebut tidak dihidupkan.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/mesin\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2015\/09\/image24.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; margin: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; padding-top: 0px; border-width: 0px;\" title=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/mesin\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2015\/09\/image_thumb24.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"126\" height=\"166\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nGambar 1.21 Danger Tag<\/p>\n<p>Lock out merupakan tindakan pencegahan kecelakaan kerja yang dilakukan dengan mengunci total penyaluran energi listrik ke mesin yang sedang diperbaiki. Tujuan lock out adalah mencegah seseorang yang tidak berkepentingan mencoba menghidupkan atau memberi energi listrik ke pada mesin yang sedang diperbaiki. Prosedur lock out harus dilaksanakan ketika sedang melakukan pekerjaan pelacakan gangguan, reparasi, pengaturan ulang, pembersihan, dan pekerjaan pemeliharaan lainnya.<\/p>\n<p>Lock out biasanya dilakukan dengan mengunci pintu panel daya dengan menggunakan kunci khusus sehingga tidak mudah dibuka oleh sembarang orang ( Gambar 1.22).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/mesin\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2015\/09\/image28.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; margin: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; padding-top: 0px; border-width: 0px;\" title=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/mesin\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2015\/09\/image_thumb28.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"125\" height=\"218\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nGambar 1.22 Lock Out<\/p>\n<p>Bila bekerja dalam situasi di mana ada banyak personil yang dapat menghubungkan atau memutuskan suatu sakelar atau piranti pemutus ke suatu peralatan yang ada di dalam struktur kelistrikan, maka sebelum bekerja pastikan catu energi listrik sudah diputuskan dari rangkaian listrik.
