Refrigeration Electrical System"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"notranslate\">With the growing complexity of refrigeration and ventilation systems today, the technician \/ mechanic should be able to read and interpret all types of electrical diagrams.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Electrical diagrams contain valuable information about electrical installation and operation of electrical equipment.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> The mechanic who installed an electrical equipment eg HVAC equipment is highly dependent on the wiring diagram that is issued by the manufacturer so that he can install the equipment properly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> The technician uses an electric diagram as a reference or referral to triangulate disorders electrical system of an electric equipment unit.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> There are three types of charts commonly used in industry, namely the schematic diagram, ladder diagram and wiring diagram or connection diagram.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> In the world of refrigeration and ventilation, electrical diagrams are often used also varies depending on the manufacturer maker.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> <strong>Symbols Electrical Components<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> One thing that is not possible to construct an electric diagram is, contains all components used in a refrigeration unit and HVAC equipment in the electrical diagram, because it would be too takes place and become too complicated if accompanied by way of connection between components.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Hence, why the electrical diagram using symbols to represent the electrical components used in a unit of refrigeration and ventilation equipment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> Electrical components used in refrigeration and ventilation systems can be divided into two parts, namely (1) the electrical load, (2) sensor, which consists of the control devices, and safety devices or protection.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Load electricity used in refrigeration and ventilation equipment can be divided into two, namely the electrical load is used as a driver and the electrical load is used for other purposes.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Electrical load that is used as a driver is divided into two, namely that produces rotary movement and which produces translational movement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> Electrical load that produces rotary movement commonly referred to as a motor.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> When the driving force of electrical energy called electric motor.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Electrical load that produces translational movement is a solenoid coil.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> And the electric load for other purposes is the heating element (heater) and a lamp.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> The technician \/ mechanic should be able to identify most of the symbols used and know where seeing his position in an electrical equipment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> Most manufacturers use the same symbols in the diagrams of electrical uses, although so often found still few differences are minor.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> So a basic understanding of the basic symbols of electricity is the most important thing when you want to be successful in the industry.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> We begin our study with a discussion of various types of electrical loads are used in refrigeration and air world and basic symbols used by each component.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Next will be discussed also heating element (heater) for the purpose of melting frost on evaporator, and use lights for illumination and as a sign.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Which fall into the category of sensors is a wide range of automatic switches such as room thermostat, pressure switch, relay overload (overload protector), defrost terminator thermostat,
