a.<\/strong><\/span> Fracture<\/strong><\/span>
\n If the patient experienced a fracture or suspected fracture, so make sure patients do not move much.<\/span> Balutlah broken parts or suspected fracture with a splint (splint).<\/span> Enough for a broken arm splints used a single board, if necessary with a broken leg two or three boards splint.<\/span> Can be used as a bandage tape, cloth or soft rope.<\/span> Balutlah splint in some places so that the joints associated with broken body parts can not move.<\/span><\/p>\n

If a special splint that there are no broken bones, a broken arm for a while dibandut chest (bent at sides) or hung with cloth triangles;<\/span> broken legs dibandut with boards or sticks.<\/span><\/p>\n

b.<\/strong><\/span> Gas Poisoning<\/strong><\/span>
\n Try to keep gas poisoning patients get clean air.<\/span> Take him out or opening the windows wide.<\/span> Hazardous gases are of two kinds.<\/span> That is:<\/span>
\n (1) gas that does not damage the lungs, for example, blood gas and nerve poison, narcotics, carbon dioxide, cyanide, ether, chloroform, gasoline vapors or benzol.<\/span> Open clothes patient, and do not ever give a drink in patients who fainted.<\/span> Rub hands and feet by hand.<\/span> If breathing stops, artificial respiration try, if possible with a suction oxygen.<\/span><\/p>\n

(2) Gas damaging the lungs, such as chlorine phosgene, nitrous and sulfur dioxide.<\/span> Open clothes patient, then keep him away from the clothes full of gassy.<\/span> Try to keep the patient calm and lying down, it should not be allowed to berjalan.Apabila the patient was conscious, give a little water hot coffee or tea water.<\/span> In this case should not be given artificial respiration.<\/span><\/p>\n

Victims of accidents due to electric shock can stop the breath of the victim so faint from shock.<\/span> Here are the steps that can be taken to provide relief to patients, namely (1) revive the victim, (2) immediately seek help, (3) check the reaction, rocking slowly and cried out loud, if there is no reaction, then do help to provide artificial respiration.<\/span><\/p>\n

If the victim is not breathing, try doing artificial respiration.<\/span> The most effective way to perform artificial respiration is the way of word of mouth.<\/span> (Figure 1:26).<\/span> But remember, which may perform artificial respiration of mouth should not be just any person but must be personnel who are trained and experienced.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
