Pada peralatan refrigerasi dibedakan dua jenis heater, yaitu deforst heater dan mullion heater. Defrost heater diletakkan di evaporator, digunakan untuk mencairkan bunga es yang timbul di permukaan evaporator, sedang mullion heater diletakkan di sekeliling pintu refrigerator\/freezer untuk mencegah agar rangka alat tidak berembun. Beban listrik lainnya adalah lampu penerangan, dan lampu tanda.<\/p>\n<p>Tabel 2.1 memperlihatkan berbagai simbol beban listrik.
