{"id":758,"date":"2024-07-07T04:29:33","date_gmt":"2024-07-06T21:29:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/mesin\/?p=758"},"modified":"2024-07-02T08:38:23","modified_gmt":"2024-07-02T01:38:23","slug":"pengoperasian-dan-jenis-konstruksi-rele","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/mesin\/pengoperasian-dan-jenis-konstruksi-rele\/","title":{"rendered":"Pengoperasian dan Jenis Konstruksi Rele"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Tegangan operasi standar untuk koil solenoid rele mini menggunakan dua jenis sumber daya, yaitu AC dan DC.Untuk tegangan VAC hingga 240V, dan untuk tegangan VDC hingga 120V.Kotak rele dapat dipilih sesuai keperluan pemakainya, yaitu tipe DPDT, TPDT, FPDT.Arus nominal bervariasi, yaitu 3A, 5A, dan 7A. Untuk keperluan perakitan dan instalasi, tersedia berbagai tipe terminal rele, yaitu plug-in, PCB, dan solder, seperti diperlihatkan dalam Gambar 2.8.<\/p>\n<p>Jumlah terminal rele bervariasi biasanya terdiri dari 8 terminal, dan 14 terminal, dengan formasi segiempat atau lingkaran.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/mesin\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2015\/10\/image1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; margin: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; padding-top: 0px; border-width: 0px;\" title=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/mesin\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2015\/10\/image_thumb1.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"430\" height=\"172\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nGambar 2.7 Konstruksi Rele Mini<\/p>\n<p>Tata susun kontak pada rele mini agak berbeda dengan rele standar. Pada rele mini dikenal dengan istilah 2PDT yakni two pole double through, yang bermakna rele tersebut memiliki 2 kutub masing-masing kutub memiliki dua pasang kontak NO dan NC.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/mesin\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2015\/10\/image6.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; margin: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; padding-top: 0px; border-width: 0px;\" title=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/mesin\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2015\/10\/image_thumb8.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"444\" height=\"190\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nGambar 2.8 Tipe Terminal Rele<\/p>\n<p>Gambar 2.9 memperlihatkan contoh terminal rele mini tipe Plug-in dengan formasi lingkaran.Rele mini tersebut memiliki 8 terminal dengan tata susun kontak tipe DPDT. Kutub pertama adalah melalui terminal 11, dengan output terminal 14 (NO) dan terminal 12 (NC). Kutub kedua melalui terminal 21, dengan output terminal 22 (NC), dan terminal 24 (NO). Rele TPDT memiliki 3 kutub, dimana setiap kutub memiliki dua pasang kontak. Kutub pertama melalui terminal 11, dengan pasangan kontak NC melalui terminal 12, dan kontak NO melalui terminal 14. Kutub kedua melalui terminal 21, dengan kontak NC melalui terminal 22, dan kontak NO melalui terminal 24.
