Pada saat menerima cahaya maka nilai konduktifitas kaki kolektor \u2013 emitor akan naik sehingga Vout mendapat sumber tegangan dari Vcc melalui kaki emitor photo transistor sehingga Vout berlogika HIGH dan sebaliknya pada saat tidak menerima cahaya maka photo transistor OFF dan Vout dihubungkan ke ground melalui RL sehingga berlogika LOW.<\/p>\n<p>Kemudian untuk konfigurasi kedua dari gambar 1 diatas. Pada saat photo transistor menerima cahaya maka photo transistor konduk sehingga TR1 tidak mendapat bias basis sehingga TR1 OFF dan Vout berlogika HIGH. Kemudian pada saat photo transistor tidak menerima cahaya makan photo transistor OFF dan basis transistor TR1 mendapat bias maju sehingga TR1 ON dan Vout dihubungkan ke ground melalui TR1 sehingga Vout berlogika LOW.<\/p>\n<p><b>2.<\/b> <b>Rangkaian Dasar Dengan Logika LOW Pada Saat Mendeteksi Cahaya<\/b><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/mikro\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2017\/09\/clip_image010-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; display: inline;\" title=\"clip_image010\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/mikro\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2017\/09\/clip_image010_thumb-2.jpg\" alt=\"clip_image010\" width=\"293\" height=\"211\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Dari gambar rangkaian pertama diatas pada saat photo transistor menerima cahaya maka photo transistor ON sehingga Vout dihubungkan ke ground melalui photo transistor sehingga Vout berlogika LOW dan sebaliknya pada saat tidak menerima cahaya maka photo transistor OFF dan Vout dihubungkan ke Vcc melalui RL sehingga berlogika HIGH. Kemudian untuk konfigurasi kedua dari gambar 2 diatas pada saat photo transistor menerima cahaya maka photo transistor konduk sehingga TR1 mendapat bias basis sehingga TR1 ON dan Vout dihubungkan ke ground oleh TR1 sehingga Vout berlogika LOW.<\/p>\n<p>Kemudian pada saat photo transistor tidak menerima cahaya makan photo transistor OFF dan basis transistor TR1 tidak mendapat bias maju sehingga TR1 OFF dan Vout dihubungkan ke Vcc melalui RL sehingga Vout berlogika HIGH. Jika ada waktu dan komponen bisa dicoba Light Switch With Photo Transistor<b>. <\/b>Light switch dapat dibuat dari beberpa macam sensor cahaya. Rangkaian light switch berikut dibuat menggunakan sensor cahaya berupa photo transistor.<\/p>\n<p>Rangkaian light switch atau saklar terkendali cahaya ini sangat sederhana, karena dibuat dengan 1 buah transistor, 1 buah photo transistor, 1 buah relay, 1 bauh variabel resistor dan dioda. Rangkaian light switch ini dapat bekerja pada tegangan 6 \u2013 12 VDC atau tegangan DC yang laian sesuai dengan relay yang digunakan. Untuk mengatur sensitifitas penerimaan cahaya diatur dengan VR1.
