Washing and sanitation equipment can be done either manually or mechanically by using a machine.<\/span> Manual washing is required in large appliances such as oven, toaster, pots boiling.<\/span> Manual washing is also applied to the pot, pan, kom dough, as well as knives.<\/span><\/p>\n

The cleaning procedure is as follows:<\/span>
\n 1) Pre Rinse \/ early stage:<\/span>
\n Purpose: removes soil and food residue in a manner rinsed or sprayed with water.<\/span><\/p>\n

2) Washing is done in the first tub containing warm detergent solution.<\/span> Temperatures used range anatar 43\u2070 – 49\u2070C (Gislen, 1983).<\/span> At this stage the necessary tools brush or sponge to clean all dirt or grease leftovers.<\/span> It is important to note at this stage is the dose of detergent use, to prevent waste and the presence of detergent residue on the equipment as a result of excessive use of detergent.<\/span>

3) Flushing<\/span>
\n The goal is to remove the remaining dirt after the cleaning process.<\/span> Flushing is done in the second tub with warm water.<\/span> Flushing is intended to remove any residual detergent and dirt.<\/span> Rinse water should be changed frequently.<\/span> Would be better used running water.<\/span>
\n Wetting, dissolving and flushing usually done on the sanitation of the room (floor, wall, window) and large equipment.<\/span> While the sanitary activities used to clean the glass tools or equipment used in the laboratory.<\/span><\/p>\n

4) sanitation or disinfection<\/span>

5) Drying \/ draining and drying<\/span>
