\n 5) Soluble in water with various proportions<\/span>
\n 6) The smell can be accepted or odorless<\/span>
\n 7) Stable in concentrated solutions and dilute<\/span>
\n 8) Easy to use<\/span>
\n 9) Many available<\/span>
\n 10) Offers<\/span>
\n 11) Easy to be measured in a solution that has been used<\/span><\/p>\n

Sanitaiser Chemistry<\/strong><\/span>
\n Despite the heat and UV rays are very effective for sanitation process, until now the food industry still relies heavily on chemical disinfectant.<\/span> The disinfectant will eradicate most of the microbes, although not 100%.<\/span> What is important is the employee shall consider that microbial spores can survive against disinfectants.<\/span> So surfaces that have been disinfected is not seteril.<\/span> After sanitation, the number of microbes is reduced a lot, but not sterile, because the sterile means no microbes.<\/span><\/p>\n
