{"id":557,"date":"2023-11-12T02:53:49","date_gmt":"2023-11-11T19:53:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/pangan\/?p=557"},"modified":"2023-11-07T13:16:39","modified_gmt":"2023-11-07T06:16:39","slug":"sorting-and-grading-method","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/pangan\/sorting-and-grading-method\/","title":{"rendered":"Sorting and Grading Method"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"notranslate\">Methods of sorting and grading systems running the other table is to use a conveyor system, with this method the product must flow to a certain speed and not too fast so workers can do their jobs well.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> The rotational speed of push-bar conveyor or rollers should be adjusted to rotate or twist the products individually on its axis twice the range of view of the workers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> Periodical rotation of worker positions on the line will help reduce fatigue.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Supervisors should be able to quickly identify under-sorting and over-sorting.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Sorting and grading equipment with conveyor system can be seen in the following figure.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/pangan\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2015\/09\/image20.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/pangan\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2015\/09\/image_thumb20.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"317\" height=\"215\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> 7.Peralatan image sorting and grading with conveyor system<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> Conveyor systems can be grouped into three types, namely conveyors, Push-bar conveyor, conveyor rollers.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Conveyor belt conveyor system is the simplest, where workers must handle the sorting of the products manually to see all sides and inspect the damage.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Push-bar conveyor causes the produce to rotate forward as it is pushed through the sorter.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> A roller conveyor rotates the product backwards as it moves through the sorter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> Types of conveyors are presented in the following figure.<\/span><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/pangan\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2015\/09\/image26.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/pangan\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2015\/09\/image_thumb25.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"288\" height=\"198\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> Figure 8.
