Sorting and grading tool is another roller-shaped tool called roller sorters.<\/span> Tools can be separated quickly, accurately and does not cause damage to the product.<\/span> Bottom of each roller there is a container box for each section separated.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sorting and grading is based on the size of the fishery commodities also performed by using the number of products per unit weight of a particular instance per pound.<\/span> An example is sorting shrimp by size shrimp, grouped according to a certain amount per pound.<\/span> In the process of sorting and grading the shrimp should always be maintained at a low temperature or cold conditions by giving ice loose on shrimp being sorted.<\/span> Determination of the number of shrimp in size grouping can be seen in the following table.<\/span><\/p>\n
