Way Food Production"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"notranslate\">Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are in Indonesian can be translated into a way Food Production Good (CPPB) applied by industries whose products are consumed or used by consumers to the risk level is moderate to high, such as pharmaceutical products, food products, product cosmetics, household supplies, and others.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is a guideline for the food industry, how to produce good food.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> GMP broadly focused and result in many aspects, both aspects of the production process as well as the operation of its own personnel.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> The main concern of the GMP is to avoid contamination of the product during the production process to the product information to consumers so that products are safe for consumption or use by the consumer.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Included in the GMP control is physical (buildings, machinery, equipment, transportation, plant construction, and other judgments), the factors of hygiene of personnel working and operating control factors including GMP training and evaluation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> Manufagturing Good Practice (GMP) or Good Food Production Method (CPPB) is one factor that is critical to meet quality standards or requirements set for food.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> CPPB very useful for survival food industry both small medium and large scale.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Through this CPPB food industry can produce food-grade, suitable for consumption, and safe for health.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> By producing food grade and safe for consumption, public confidence will undoubtedly increase, and the food industry is concerned will grow rapidly.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> With the development of food industries that produce food-grade and safe for consumption, then the public at large will be protected from deviation of food quality and health-threatening danger.<\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"notranslate\"> National food supply systems in Indonesia one of which is filled by the food industry.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> In the provision of food, the food industry must rely on the following provisions:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"notranslate\"> Regulation of the Minister of Industry No.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> 75 \/ M-IND \/ PER \/ 7\/2010.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"notranslate\"> Decision POM No.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> HK.03.1.23.04.12.2206 in 2012.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> Food industry are required to produce food with the following requirements: safe to consume, of good quality and nutritious.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> The goal CPBB \/ GMP is to regulate and control the food industry is concerned and to protect the consumers.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> A good way of food production (GMP) is a prerequisite if a company to obtain certification of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point).<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> This prerequisite serves to underlie the environmental conditions, the implementation of the tasks and other activities in a food processing plant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> <strong>Linkages with GMP and SSOP HACCP System<\/strong><\/span> <strong><br \/>\n<\/strong> <span class=\"notranslate\"> HACCP system in order to function properly and effectively, it should be preceded by the fulfillment of pre-requisite programs (basic requirements), which functions underlying environmental conditions and the implementation of tasks as well as other activities in the food industry.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> GMP role in maintaining food security in harmony with Pre-requisite application of HACCP.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Pre-requisite is a common procedure with regard to the basic requirements of a food business operation to prevent contamination as a result of a production operation or handling food.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> Description of the pre-requisite is very similar to the description of GMP concerning matters relating to the operation of sanitation and hygiene of the food production process or handling food.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> In general the differences between GMP and SSOP (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedure) are: GMP broadly focused on operating aspects of the implementation of tasks in their own plants and operations personnel.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Medium SSOP is a procedure used by the industry to help achieve the overall goals or objectives that are expected to GMP in producing high-quality food, safe and orderly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\"> GMP basic principle is that the quality and safety of the product becomes an integral part of the production process.<\/span> <span class=\"notranslate\"> Therefore, coverage is generally the application of GMP standards include ways of good production from raw material into the factory until the product is produced, including other requirements that must be met.<\/span>
