{"id":961,"date":"2024-05-31T01:22:35","date_gmt":"2024-05-30T18:22:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/pangan\/?p=961"},"modified":"2024-05-27T14:07:06","modified_gmt":"2024-05-27T07:07:06","slug":"pengujian-komposisi-air","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tneutron.net\/pangan\/pengujian-komposisi-air\/","title":{"rendered":"Pengujian Komposisi Air"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Derajat keasaman (pH), Suhu\/Temperatur, Zat padat terlarut dan zat padat tersuspensi , Warna dan Amoniak (NH3)<br \/>\n<strong>Alat<\/strong><br \/>\n(1) pH meter<br \/>\n(2) Gelas ukur 50 ml<br \/>\n(3) Batang pengaduk<br \/>\n(4) Corong kaca<br \/>\n(5) Neraca analitik<br \/>\n(6) Gelas ukur 100 mL<br \/>\n(7) Penjempit tabung reaksi<br \/>\n(8) Pipet tetes<br \/>\n(9) Corong pipet volume 5 ml<br \/>\n(10) Termometer<br \/>\n(11) Kompor gas<br \/>\n(12) Pipet volume 10 ml<br \/>\n(13) Buret dan statif<br \/>\n(14) Tabung reaksi + rak botol semprot<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahan<\/strong><br \/>\n(1) Aquades<br \/>\n(2) KMnO4<br \/>\n(3) Kertas lakmus merah<br \/>\n(4) Asam oksalat (H2C2O4)<br \/>\n(5) Larutan Buffer yang memiliki pH 4 dan pH 7.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cara Kerja<br \/>\n<\/strong>(1) Derajat keasaman (pH)<br \/>\n(a) Ambil sampel air yang akan diukur pHnya dan masukan ke gelas beaker.<br \/>\n(b) Kalibrasi pH meter dengan larutan buffer pH 4 dan pH 7.<br \/>\n(c) Celupkan pH meter ke dalam sampel air. Angka yang tertera pada pH meter merupa kan nilai pH sampel air.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Suhu\/Temperatur<br \/>\n(a) Siapkan sampel (buka tutup botol sampel)<br \/>\n(b) Celupkan alat pengukur suhu (termometer atau O2 meter) ke dalam sampel, pastikan tangan anda tidak bersentuhan dengan alat pengukur tersebut.<br \/>\n(c) Baca angka yang tertera pada alat tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>(3) Zat padat terlarut dan zat padat tersuspensi<br \/>\n(a) Ambil sampel sebanyak 100 ml dengan gelas ukur dan tuangkan ke dalam gelas piala dan panaskan.<br \/>\n(b) Perhatikan,apakah sampel menjadi keruh ataukah ada yang mengendap! Jika sampel menjadi keruh berarti ada zat padat yang terlarut, sedangkan jika terjadi endapan berarti sampel mengandung zat padat tersuspensi.<\/p>\n<p>(4) Warna<br \/>\n(a) Ambil sampel kedalam tabung reaksi sebanyak \u00b1 3\/4 dari volume tabung reaksi.<br \/>\n(b) Bandingkan warnanya dengan larutan standar yang telah di sediakan.<br \/>\n(5) Amoniak (NH3)<br \/>\n(a) Masukkan 10-15 ml sampel ke dalam tabung reaksi.<br \/>\n(b) Lipatkan kertas lakmus merah ke dalam tabung reaksi. Panaskan ke atas spritus<br \/>\n(c) Amati sampel, apakah tercium bau tengik atau tidak.
